Jim and his crew went far beyond any expectations we had with our remodel… they took a vision of turning a detached 2 car garage into our reality - “A small home”!!! The whole crew were extremely helpful, and professional. Communication daily was so impressive!! Jim explained the process along the way which was very appreciated..Brad and Bryson were the absolute best, making sure this transition happened…. We cannot say enough or recommend them enough!! This was a VERY pleasant experience-- The work was well done, done timely, and at a good cost. I could not ask for a better outcome, and just wish all experiences with contractors were like this!!

Jim Roe is a courteous professional and knowledgeable in his craft. He met with us to plan the job, asked questions to understand what we wanted and gave us suggestions where appropriate. The work done is what we wanted. For the removal portion, he and his assistant did a good job of tenting off the portion of the house they were working on with plastic to avoid dust into the rest of the house. For the construction phase, they did such good work it looks as though the new portion had been part of the house from its original construction. The work was done on time and they did good clean-up. There was one minor issue with the color match of the new section of carpeting to the existing carpet. Jim warned us that there might be a difference. However, having seen the carpet samples when we chose the new carpeting, we were surprised at the difference. Overall, this was a satisfactory experience.
