I worked with Jeff Cowell on a full window replacement for our house. He came out and showed me all there products and options at my house. When I was ready to purchase he had all his stuff ready and was a painless purchase. The window installers was great to work with and did an excellent job. Will recommend anyone to work with him. Did an excellent job from start to finish.

Work has not actually started yet. Danny Henn has been great to work with so far. Interactions have been very professional. He was quick to respond to my questions and had his supervisor call when requested to provide additional information.

David Fray was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. This was just the appointment for the guesstimate. From what I have seen about the quality of the products they offer and how the install will go seems to be a high quality product.

They were so honest and great! We have siding on our home that is currently in litigation. Chris from DaBella came out to assess our siding..as we are selling our home and we needed to know if the current siding was defective. He assessed the current siding..and said it was holding up fine because of proper maintenance...and we did not not need new siding. We are realtors here in Central Oregon..and rest assured, we will be sharing with everyone...the wonderful experience we have had with them. Highly recommend DaBella!

What can I say about DaBella? I wouldn’t even consider using another company to do any house project. One of the things that makes them stand out from others is their reliability, in keeping their work dates and time estimates, and they return calls. They have done my roof and window replacement. Their dual slider windows Dropped my electric bill by almost half! They have such great products, amazing warranties, attractive color and style choices. They put caring for family and children in the center of each project. I highly recommend DaBella to anyone who wants a quality product, warranty and trustworthy workmanship. I hope they expand to landscaping and remodels.

Outstanding, Cole Rise and Trevor Lane were very knowledgeable and friendly and explained every detail from how good the product is and who invented it to how long it lasts and how great the warranty is. Absolutely loved having them here and hope to do business with them again.

Daniel the sales rep was amazing stayed in contact with us the whole way thru the job and after. The roof is amazing. Would totally use them again.

I just signed to get my house re-sided with the Hardiboard precolored siding- so I never need to paint again! Chris and Danny came twice to my house to estimate the project and answer all my questions in such a pleasant relaxed atmosphere. What great customer service DaBella provides! I am so excited to see the house when it is finished but if the samples are any indication my house will look fabulous and be an asset to my neighborhood!

We had Jeff Cowell come out to the house for a quote just Incase we didn’t pass inspection as we weee getting ready to sell (luckily we ended up passing inspection and closing on the house). Jeff was very knowledgeable and showed us the proper way to do a roof with the best warranty. I will be using Jeff and DaBella for any future projects. Thank you for the education Jeff.

Jeff Cowell stopped by he was in the neighborhood and had an appointment cancel. He offered up the time he had set aside for a neighbor. He did a thorough inspection, showed me what was going on on my roof, sat with me and went over the components of the roof and how they work. The timing is not right for us to replace but I will recommend him, DaBella and GAF to everyone I can.

First Meeting the company and David Fray: Excellent customer service, David is very thorough and raved about the company and how much the company cleans up after themselves on jobs. We were sold with how well he spoke of the company and the policy that the company follows as well as morals. Starting the job: Day 1- We are highly disappointed as we came home to 4 1/2 feet of snow shoveled off of our roof and onto our porch and walkways. The snow was leaning against both of our sliding glass doors that is a fire hazard and a moisture hazard. My husband and a friend had to spend 2 hours shoveling the snow away after they had just worked a 10 hour day. Day 2- We came home to Staples and Shingles all over our back porch where ourselves and our dogs walk daily. There was debris in our tree's in the front yard and the crews trash laying in the yard as well. They also removed the satellite dish from the top of our roof and left it hanging by the wires on the side of the house from the roof. At this point we are extremely upset and I called Dave to voice my concerns, he assured me that this is not how things are done and instantly called his boss Luke. Luke reach out to us and apologized profusely and assured us that this is not how they run their company and that their company stands for more than this, he said he would take care of everything. Day 3- We came home to more trash in our tree's and around our yard. We decided this time we would not pick it up so that's e could give them the benefit of the doubt and see if the crew would pick up after themselves. Day 4- The trash was not picked up, so I had enough and cleaned it all up myself. The crew also decided to have lunch our our friends trucks tailgate as they ripped the chrome strip from the tabs on the tailgate and did not close the tailgate all of the way. Day 5 (Friday March 9th 2018) - I drove home on my lunch to catch the crew working on our house and spoke with one of the gentleman working, I asked him as politely as possible to make sure that the clean up after themselves before they go home for the weekend and I also explained to him that I had filed complaints with his bosses for the neglect of our property. We came home Friday night to 0 snow on our deck and no trash in our yard. Yay!! Day 8 (Monday March 12th) - The roof is finished! However there is trash and tools all over the property still. We decided again to give the crew a chance to see if they would be back Tuesday to finish the job. They never showed up. Thursday finally rolls around and the crew has still not been back to haul away a trailer worth of debris, we caledc Dave and the next day (Friday March 17) the trash pile has finally been hauled away but there are still Staples all over the yard and driveway. We were assured that the crews went around the yard twice a day to pick up any Staples or metal that could be on the ground to prevent hazards. As you can see we did not have a good experience. We are now waiting to finalize signing the contract with the company and awaiting a different person from the company to come out and inspect our roof to make sure that our roof is at least done properly.

We have an estimate and a time set to have our old roof torn off and the new roof installed. The price was a little more than other bids we have received however once David Fray went over everything that Dabella does when installing new roofs we decided that this was the company we wanted to install our roof. Our house is our home and we want to live a life without worry of our roof leaking with snow and ice dams, this company gives us the freedom to no longer worry about damage to our home and a warranty to back it!

Very nice. Luke showed up when he said he would and was very flexible with product. He made sure we knew the timing of everything that was going to happen and what to expect.

The good: very high quality roof and materials, fantastic warranty! The bad: lack of communication is a serious issue with this company! They also had a hard time getting a crew for our job and it was delayed. Crew seemed a little unprofessional - but I don’t care as long as the job is done well. Roofing materials were dropped off in our driveway and left there for two weeks, making it hard to park and we had concerns that materials would be stolen. glad to have a great roof but customer service and communication is definitely lacking. This was a big deal for me. Chris explained the process and the advantages of excellent product and good workmanship. He made me confident that this was going to be a good experience with great results. The roofers were amazing. Not only were they great workers, they were also sensitive to my needs and addressed all my worries and concerns. The end result was that I have a great roof, which definitely is adding value to my house.

Installation had a few hiccups but we are satisfied with the end product. Redmond, OR branch, General Manager, Luke Sorensen, was wonderful to work with and made our experience a good one.

They did, just fine . They came and went as weather permitted. Worked very efficiently. Did a very efficient cleanup and the job was completed in two and a half workdays.

My experience with DaBella Exteriors overall is a B because; the follow up after the initial consultation from Joel P. was not to my standards and they were a few days late starting the project. The crew that installed the roof was AWESOME! I would recommend them to anybody.

Dave Fray has kept in great contact with us every since. Start is December 4 ,2017.
