The sales process was awful and only feels worse later when you know if was all false too. Install was not as promised, windows are freezing up, and the window they broke on install four months ago has still not been replaced.

Talk about a cringe worthy experience. My Fiancé and I needed to have 4 windows looked at in our house. Dabella ensured a no haggle/ no pressure appointment. These guys know what they're doing when it comes to selling a product and trying to over schmooze their customer. Compliment after compliment to try and brain wash you or gain your trust. "Your energy bill must be high!" "Beautiful home!" "I was admiring your truck!" "I love your back yard!" "If this is going to be a home you live in forever, we want the best for you!" Well after 2 hours in our home, a full-blown power point presentation, and multiple times telling them flat out "No", "We are getting more quotes", "We're not ready to pull the trigger. These guys kept pushing and pushing to sell their overpriced product. The first quote started off at $30,774 (not kidding) for 12 window that are apparently in dire need of replacement, the 2nd quote was for 4 the original windows, $9,582, and then a cheaper option for the 4 windows of $7065 that mysteriously came down to $6,000 after they called their manager (after i specifically told them they did not need to call, because again, we were not ready to purchase). I left to the next room and could hear them whispering on how to still try and close the sale. This was worse than trying to buy a new car. You would think after the first or second "we're not ready to do purchase anything tonight." they would professionally leave or respect that, but it just kept coming. Financing, delayed payments, a sign in your front yard. This company is as shady and disrespectful as they come. Our appointment was at 7PM & they left at 9PM. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I was prepared for the typical sales pitch and the typical go around the entire home and address every window that isn't a problem, but these guys were relentless. Would not recommend them to anyone and don't believe for a second that any of those 4 or 5 star reviews are legit.

Great product, good customer service, problematic teams. It took two weeks, which was fine because of our one day of snow. Unfortunately, there is no customer service on the weekend so if you have a wind and rain storm and tarp blows off your roof and pieces are left to the elements on the weekend, you'll just have to accept it. The first team leader kept lying to me about what time he would be there and the first team did one full day of labor and two days of about 3 hours each. After my complaint, the second team came and did a terrific job! They worked consistently and thoroughly and got the roof finished on Thursday! Great guys. However, they left their garbage trailer in my driveway all weekend. I was told I would receive a call but the team leader didn't communicate with me so I wasn't able to pay things off. I felt taken care of by the customer service folks but the teams didn't offer much respect. Be aware that your yard will definitely be a construction zone and don't expect complete clean up. A light near a garden at the foot of my driveway was broken, rocks were moved and not replaced, and nails were left in my lawn for my dog and I to step on, along with roofing scraps. SO...yes, the roof is a great product and customer service cares. But don't expect the construction teams to care about what customer service has told you.

NEGATIVE REVIEW FOR DABELLA We bought a house September 2021 and Dabella convinced me to replace our windows, roof and gutters shortly after. They told me these will be installed before winter which is one of the reasons why I agreed. Windows got installed January 2022 and unfortunately, I wasn’t home when they finished because I needed to get my daughter from school. I checked their work the next day and noticed multiple issues like cracked frame and unusable window stopper due to bad installation. I let them know about these issues but they keep harassing me to sign the paperwork that says “I received satisfactory delivery of equipment, goods and services and satisfactory completion of installation”. They keep calling me multiple times to sign even if I said I will only sign it once it’s fixed. Due to all these hassle, I decided to cancel roof and gutters just to not deal with this horrible company. However, they told me that if I cancel, they will keep the deposit of $5000 plus half of the entire payment. The people who are calling me are so disrespectful, raising their voice and talking over me instead of resolving the issue. I didn’t have any problems with other contractors who renovated our house other than Dabella. I made a mistake of dealing with Dabella. NEVER AGAIN.

Just signed the contract. I will do a full review when the job is done. I will also update my review as work progresses .

Manny Ane Sanchez and Brett Botley with DaBella made a very thorough inspection of our roof and made us aware of our lack of ventilation. I decide to go with them because of their optimal Cobra ventilation system which will prevent further damage to my home.

we have had a rocky start and issues with sub contractors. But we had Kyle one of the head managers personally come out and listen to our issues and has committed to making it right. He informed us that he is new to the Minnesota branch and appears to be doing a good job and turning the branch around. WE have had constant contact within the last week from dabella that has turned this experience around. I would do business again under Kyles management.

the work was good but the eaves on my house wasnt done or even talked about when we talked to them about it said they were going to send someone to luck never happend and becaouse of that my scren dore if scraping my gutters

Horrible, horrible company! It took 5 months to get my windows installed. When they were finally installed, one of the windows was incorrect and also did not have a screen. They installed every one of the windows without their casements. They installed the windows over broken and cracked tiles. They promised they would remove the tile and install wide casements on the inside - yet they did not. They need to correct this. I have called dozens and dozens of times to find out when they are going to finish the install and install the screen and the casements. Now, I cannot get a hold of anyone other than people who send an email for someone to call me back - yet no one calls me back. It has now been two months and I still do not have a screen or casements. They did charge me for them, though. I had to fight with my credit card company to get that money back. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE DABELLA. DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT USE DABELLA! DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT USE DABELLA!!!

I live near Tacoma, WA and had Dabella replace some of our windows. The initial appointment went quite well, but unfortunately, later on I found out they will tell you ANYTHING to make a sale. Broken promise after broken promise after lie after lie. It is better to go with the manufacturer directly, Allside in our case. After they were done, I asked Dabella to finish the inside trim, after which I was threatened with legal action if I withheld any funds. The trim is not worth my time in court, but they left my windows looking like the pictures on the inside. All I asked was they they fixed it and they refused.

Avery was great. Explained everything thoroughly, when he was done had hardly any questions as he had hit all points/questions. The work is on schedule to be completed within the month, so there was not a long wait. He was very helpful and accommodating with financial portion of the transaction and worked towards an acceptable payment. Very personable and nice to work with and listen to.

Kylee came and talked to us about the possibility of replacing our windows. She was very kind, knowledgeable, honest and did not push us when we explained we didn't think we really needed windows at this time. She looked at them and agreed. She left us some cards and explained some other services DaBella offers. If we ever need windows or other repairs, we will definitely call Kylee back.

Luke and Cooper came out and were super professional and very knowledgeable about DeBella and all the superb products and services they offer. We will definitely be calling DaBella when we are ready for our next project.

We needed a shower replacement due to the fact that the Bathfitter insert that was put in by the previous owner had come loose at the tub and water was seeping over the side into the flooring each time we showered. I contacted several companies to get bids and all were at least 10 weeks out to get the project done but the Dabella rep promised the job could be done within a month. Since we needed this project done sooner rather than later, despite the fact Dabella was considerably more expensive than the other contractors, we decided to go with them. We are now three weeks past the date given for the install. The only contact we have been able to get from Dabella was initiated by myself and that took moving heaven and earth since they do not answer their phones and many messages are just ignored. I finally got a response from someone who said the reason for the delay was there is a nationwide shortage of supplies. This shortage has been going on for a year now so it was known about when the sales rep made the promise of the install date which means she lied just to get the sale. Of course, the language of the contract is such that we have no recourse, since there is no way we can cancel this contract without losing our down payment even if they don’t do the install for the next ten years. The only people who can cancel the contract now are Dabella and of course they won’t do that. Be extremely wary of Dabella; their reps will lie and say anything just to make the sale, read all the fine print in the contract carefully before signing it as once your in it and the three day cancellation period has passed you are stuck, and don’t expect any customer service from these people, and I now worry about the so called “life-time” warranty and how service will be for that if I ever need it since so far the customer service has been so extremely subpar. Customer BEWARE!!! There are other contractors out there who’s reps will not lie to make sales. There are other contractors out there who actually believe in customer service. If those are things you care about, then don’t do business with this company.

We have been working with Jeff Cowell to replace our roof. He is always professional, curtious, on time, and friendly. Financing is easy and affordable. The roof adds so much value to our house and it comes with a 50 YEAR warranty. I highly recommend Jeff and DaBella.

Great Service and Very Friendly Travis Maffey was my Sales Rep from the Dabella Bend office. He spent a lot of time with me to help me understand the whole process. He showed me the product and walked me through the whole process so I felt very comfortable know what I was buying and how the process worked. Feel like I am getting a wonderful product from a great company. Couldn't have asked for a better experience .

We're still in the negotiation phase, but so far so good. Kody came out to do the estimate, and was very polite and thorough. He ran through our options, made some suggestions on lowering the overall costs, and was very knowledgeable. While the estimate and consultation was on the longish side (about 90 minutes), it was time well spent.

Calen Gilman with Dabella came to my home and did a presentation for new gutters for my home. Even though I didn't buy the gutters I was VERY impressed with Calen and his professionalism! I recommend anyone wanting to learn about new gutters to reach out and talk to him.
