Consumer beware, to say we our disappointed with the communication and integrity of this company is an understatement. We were given a quote that was not a true replacement of all the compromised parts and Josh never even communicated that one of the compromised parts could not be replace because it was obsolete due to the age of the garage door opener. Only after the work was completed and we questioned it did Josh email us and suggest that the system may need to be replace, but this was never communicated to us or even suggested therefore we didn't have a choice to make a different decision. Instead we spent just south of $1000 for a garage door that still has a bolt with only 50% life left. Our garage door broke. One side fell off the runner and the other side cable broke. They went beyond just fixing it, they made sure it won't happen again by taking off the runner and straightening it properly.

Salvador arrived promptly and quickly was able to diagnose my problem. He replaced a part and them redid all of my settings, lubricated all moving parts, and tested the opener several times for smooth operation. He told me what he was doing and why and was very friendly and knowledgeable. A very positive experience!

Did not have to wait long,fixed put a new spring in and it works great and it was done in no time.

The two installers, Darrin and Jerry were extremely professional. Showed up on time worked very quickly and were very careful about how they handled my new garage door. They were also very careful about the items in my garage. Cleaned everything up before they left and made sure all remotes and keypad were programmed and functioning perfectly. I learned that both guys had been with Central Oregon Garage for a long time both represented their company very well. Nice to know they sent the varsity to my house. Great guys great company and great products.

Darrin did a fast, amazing job. Less than an hour to replace old opener and made a variety of improvements while here. Nice guy and he does great work!

Repair was completed as scheduled and done quickly. Scheduling is about a week from call. FYI there is a "fuel surcharge" for work outside of Redmond I wasn't told about when I got the estimate.
