Great! Ted had a very busy schedule but said he would check and call us back. He called back within an hour and had juggled some appointments around so he could come check on our leak that day. He was polite and easy to work with. It didn't take him long to find the problem, which ended up being a problem with our irrigation system. We would recommend Ted to anyone needing home plumber.

I contacted this provider twice, the first time he said he was on the road and would call me back in a few minutes, which he never did. I then called back 3 days later and explained who I was and that I was told I would receive a call back on the previous Friday. He rudely said that he could not remember Friday (3 days prior). He seemed very disinterested as I was explaining what I needed to have done. I finally said thanks for the information and as I was ending the call he said "call another plumber".

They dug a whole at the house water box and checked for the leak. They left the hole for a day to make sure it did not fill with water. The next day they dug a hole at the street and found the leak and fixed. Once the water had drained from the soil for the majority of the day they were able to complete and backfill the hole. I was only without water to the house for about 6 hours. He was very professional and reasonable in pricing. I felt they were fair and did a good job. Would use again.

Had availability same day on the way home from another job. Evaluated problem, found leak. Problem was fixed including excavation and landscaping repair by next morning. Good response, good professionalism and good price.
