ACCUPRO SEALCOAT & STRIPING

Description of Work: "Aaron provided our Homeowner's Association a bid to sealcoat and Fire Lane paint our private streets. This was early in the summer of 2014. Due to delays in our Board of Directors we didn't get around to approving the bid until last September. When we approved it he told us that because of our heavily tree shaded streets, it was too late in the season to do the job properly, that our streets should be done in mid summer so that the sealant would dry in a day - minimizing disturbance to our traffic. He told us his bid would be good for a year. THIS summer we took him up on his bid. He did it last week. It went very well. | |We have narrow streets (our association is 45+ years old with cul-de-sacs.) It took two days to clean the roads, fill the cracks with tar and apply the sealant. It took a third day to paint the crossings and fire lanes. | |His work was excellent, his coordination with the homeowners was excellent. I would rehire him again in a heartbeat ...although we won't need to for about 7 more years."
