We had four area companies evaluate and quote the replacement of a gas floor furnace for our mill house. We have been very happy with the performance and lack of blower noise for the furnace, but it is difficult to find a company that still handles them. We got everything from "the city is going to condemn your house unless you do this or that, and you'll need to find another additional contractor to handle some of the work" to "we can't do the job without a large outlay to meet city codes". We were fortunate to contact Dave at AccuAir and he was both familiar with the furnace and was way ahead of the game on how to install the unit to pass the building codes. The team from AccuAir was extremely professional, personable, fast, and neat. The quote was ideal for our budget and the installation passed city inspection without a hitch. It was so great to deal with a company that knew what they were doing, weren't trying to upsell you into something expensive, and did not use scare tactics. We would not hesitate to use AccuAir again, and feel very comfortable recommending them.

It went beyond our expectations. While no one wants to have an unexpected home expense, but given that our heat pump/AC went out during the hottest time this summer we had to do something quickly. We took our time however and got several bids and did research and decided to go with AccuAir. Very glad we did. Dave, the manager, and Andrew and the installation crew were all professional, responsive, knowledgable, friendly and efficient. The unit Dave recommended (American Standard Platinum 850) is amazing - can hardly hear it running and it just envelopes you with comfortable air vs freezing you out! I trust the heat will work as seamlessly. We feel if there are any problems this company will stand by their products. As another reviewer said, we just trust them. Highly recommend.

They did what they said there were going to do when they said they were going to do it, for the price promised. The installation team was easy to work with and when an ductwork issue was discovered it was addressed at no additional cost. Work included installation of a new heat pump, new air handler and sealing of ductwork. All debris was hauled away, the worksite was left spotless and the cleanliness of our home respected. Four competitive bids were much higher, or were on products that were of lessor quality, or were from companies with terrible service after-installation ratings. System is running perfectly. A followup visit assured all our questions were answered and we understood how to use all the new technology.

Dave Sale, the owner, is very professional. He bid the job and was fully involved in the installation. Great follow-up. Would highly recommend.

The guy who came was great, very honest, very kind, laid back guy, and he lays down all the options. He's very relaxed, takes his time, and doesn't hurry. I just trust him.

We requested quotes from 3 companies. The responses varied widely, somewhat to our surprise. David Sales of AccuAir best understood that we wanted a simple, timely and cost-effective solution. His approach was professional, informative and respectful of our time. The installation took a little over one day and went smoothly. The system is working great and providing plenty of heat! We recommend including AccuAir when you ask for quotes. Most importantly do get at least 3 quotes as prices for what the vendors think you want can vary by up to 4x. If a quote seems high you are probably paying for things you don't want or don't need.
