Description of Work: I was trying to create a large calendar thru an internet site and Betty helped me set up all templates and fit to size. She was extremely helpful and we created it quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again.

+ -1 moreMy husnand and I are not very computer savy, so simple things seem overwhelming for us on the computer. We have used Dave and Betty for over 15 years and they have done everything from teaching us how to use the computers, to helping us pick out the best laptops for our needs. When I was having some memory issues, they even wrote out the step by step instructions on how to use several programs I needed to use frequently. Dave and Betty are very responsive and have helped me over the phone when needed and have done remote repairs as well. They are a very dynamic Computer Repair tag team!!
Description of Work: I dropped both my, and my husbands laptops at their home and they returned them to me 2 days later. i They debugged, defragged(whatever that is) updated the security for both computers and repaired some aeras I was having problems with.. They completed all the updates needed for both computers and essentially gave both laptops a physical and clean bill of health.

Description of Work: Computer service and upgrade. Installed RAM and upgraded operating system. Backed up date. Restored files.
