Description of Work: Removed old roofing and installed new. work was done in approximately 3 days, and each night they cleaned up. Wonderful job. Hard working and answered all my questions and concerns. Well worth the expense.

Description of Work: Jerry, the owner did a thorough exam before giving me an estimate, and came by again to show me the shingle color options. On the day that work started, my phone was off for a meeting so he drove to my office to ask if he could remove (then replace) a piece of fence to get the disposal truck closer. He returned to my office a short time later to tell me (with much distress) that under the old shingles there was no proper sheathing, so he'd have to lay plywood to meet code, and that would cost $2600 more than the estimate. Yikes! He then offered to do it with no extra labor cost, only the material cost, $2000, which was very generous of him. |Job was fast and clean. He brought his very friendly dog Diego to play with mine, so my dog would calm down with all the noise.

Description of Work: There was a bad hail and wind storm in our area so we had to have roof replacement on three buildings on our property. Jerry was someone with whom we had worked in the past and did a great job. They were slow in getting here to do the job but there was a lot of damage in a wide area so most roofers and other service people were very busy. We would use Chavez Roofing again and recommend them to anyone who asked. |Their dog is great too. Fun to see him climb the ladder and "roof" and woof from the top of the house!
