What a great find CO Excavation was! Bill and his crew were professional and friendly. They showed up on time with all the right equipment, worked diligently and quickly, did a great job, and priced their work reasonably. They removed some large pine trees, moved/placed large boulders, excavated a circle driveway, built quite a few large berms, sculpted a swale, installed drainage, and leveled our yard for landscaping.

Bill was very professional and did an excellant job. Removing the old mobile was done quickly and efficiently. He takes pride in his work and left it looking much better than when he started. I would use him again in an instant!

Great to work with

We had him clean a ditch, preparing for irrigation season and build up the banks on our pond. He did it all faster than I expected and we were pleased with the results.

had him come out and dig a trench and bust some rock for a street-to-home water line. came out in good time and cut us a deal when he had unforeseen complications and hurdles. man of his word, good guy.

Bill Ferguson is an easy guy to work with. He did exactly what he said heâ d do, and he worked around my concerns regarding wet weather....putting off the job for a couple days. He showed up on time, and completed the work in a timely fashion. Iâ d give him a 5 star rating all around, but felt the job was a bit pricey once I saw how much actual work time was involved. Although, I didnâ t get any other estimates as I felt completely comfortable with Bill after first meeting him. So the price May have been completely reasonable? I would recommend Billy/Ferguson Constrution for your excavation needs.

I met with Bill and he gave me a solution to a very poorly done sloping project in my back yard. He and his guys showed up when they said they would and did excellent work. Definitely surpassed my expectations. And helped my neighbor dig out a giant stump in their back yard while they were at it. Definitely would recommend and use again any time. Bill Ferguson excavated slope and installed a culvert and construction driveway. Job was done in a timely and professional manner and at a reasonable price. This contractor is proactive to ensure customer is satisfied. Highly recommended.

We took Ferguson Construction to arbitration because of his horrible job that he did. We won the amount of $2953 for another contractor )who is a fabulous man and very honest. So if you feel like you have been taken advantage of by Ferguson Construction use the arbitration that Home Advisor provides. Best thing to do is not hire him. You will save yourself heartache and money by not using Ferguson Construction. Thank you Home Advisor for helping us get this resolved! UPDATE 4-23-2020 Contractor did refund us the money.

Work was ok, but I was not satisfied because he did not accurately estimate how much sod I needed and had to use seed and straw for the remainder... I was basically wanting the entire back yard to be in sod.

I have already had 3 other contractors attempt this job over the past 30 years with no success. I built this house and am hard to please but Bill Ferguson did an excellent job from start to finish and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He was very professional and stayed in contact throughout the job. I am in the process of doing another project and will be having them do all of the excavation work.

We are in the process of having them do another project here and, when we are ready to build our lake home, they will be doing ALL the site clearing and excavation work.

The owner, Bill, sent two of his workers out to grade and gravel out driveway. Bill did come back out the next day to fix some of the shortcomings. The driveway looked good when he was done, but they left a large hole in the yard he said we could fill it up with large rock. We don't have the equipment to move large rocks. Most importantly, we started this project to divert water away from our carport, but after it rained the water ran through the carport. My wife is not happy.

Very professional, told the workers their tasks and let them at it. The completed the job ahead of schedule but a supplier of materials delayed the completion. Not their fault. Stayed until the job was completed to my satisfaction.
