Not good, as no one showed up. When I called the lady answering the phone could not find our reservation. we had received notice of this company coming out on a date. I called Columbia Carpet Care, Elvio Gonzales came out, and did a fine job. I will call Columbia Carpet Care nextb time.

Went very well, I am pleased with the result!

They do an excellent job. They don't use a lot of detergents making the carpet cleaner with no detergent left behind.

They came out and used a black light to find the areas. I was shown where the areas were and advised to clean the walls again as well. They suggested a pet treatment, a leave on topical for urine and to reapply something similar to scotch guard. I had them clean 3 rooms and the hallway. After the carpets were cleaned we were advised it would take about 6 hours to dry as he applied a topical treatment to help which left the carpet a little wetter than usual. There were about 7 or 8 spots throughout the house but 2 were repeat areas. After the technician left and the floor dried the smell was worse than before. It was to a point I couldn't walk past my daughters room without smelling urine. I could also smell it from the hallway when I was in my room. I called to ask if it was something that would take time to work or if I needed them to come out again. I was told they would need to come out again. They weren't available to come out for another week. We set up another time and they came back out and did a deeper clean in the areas that still smelled. I also cleaned the walls and treated with an enzyme remover. Everything seemed ok until it dried. The smell was still there and now smelled like dirty water and urine. I wound up talking to our vet who recommended two different products to try. The first was a spray and something I could get right away. The other was to use in a carpet shampooer but I couldn't get it for almost a week. I bought the spray right away and used it. It took care of a good portion of the odor and made it a little better than tolerable but I could still smell it. The next product arrive several days later. I used it and then used the spray on top. It is still drying but I can no longer smell urine in the areas I could before. I am hopeful that it will all be better when I go home tonight so my daughter can move back into her room (she has been out of her room since we noticed the smell and called to get the carpets done). Zerorez left my carpets looking nice but did nothing for the smell. The spots didn't budge at all they were still as bright with a black light as they were before they treated it. Since they came out I have scrubbed the spots with carpet shampoo and a rag, cleaned them with the shampooer and used a topical spray. I would recommend them for simple cleaning but not for anything else. They were all very nice but at this point I spent $360 to have my carpets cleaned and took time off work to have the work done (twice) and then wound up having to buy more products and doing the work myself. It wasn't worth the hassle....

The technician was very professional, courteous and did an outstanding job. The work took a little over an hour and 20 minutes. I would definitely hire this company to perform their cleaning services for me in the near future. I have already started telling others about them.

Awful! Worst experience ever!! Spent $551 and the place still smells just as bad as it did before. The guy charged for all these specialty treatments and spent a total of 2 hours actually cleaning. Zero effort was put into the work and it refle t's that. This place is a joke!! Save your money and go elsewhere!!

It was a special. I got like 3 rooms for $99.

They don't use an chemicals and they were great.

My carpet looks drastically better and the pet smell no longer lingers.

I like them a lot. They were really fine. They were more expensive than I expected but they also did some extra services.

I was very pleased with the results of my ZeroRez carpet cleaning. The carpets dried quickly and were soft without that "crunchy" feeling of too much detergent that I've had following other more traditional carpet cleanings. I also paid extra to have the technician treat a handful of urine spots from my dog in a couple of areas. We had cleaned each of these spots promptly, so there were no visible stains, but I could detect odor when I got close to the carpet. The pet stain and odor enzyme treatment the technician used removed ALL trace of the odor and had a pleasant fresh scent when applied. I was very pleased with the results and if only the price had been a bit more affordable, I would have loved to have all of the carpets in my house cleaned by ZeroRez.

Yeah, maybe. I would consider it. I don't know, probably be cheaper.

They are absolutely superb! It really made a difference with how much care they put into doing their work. They are very respectful of the home, the put shields up over the hoses to protect the walls and trim.

Showed up on time and explained what he was going to do. He was very up front about the costs to clean the carpets and to clean up several old pet stains. We just moved into the house and the carpet was pretty dirty. We also asked him to clean the vinyl flooring in the bathrooms. The carpet looks great. The prior stains are history. The only negative was that he sai it would take about four hours for the carpet to dry, but it was more like four days. Overall we we are quite pleased and would use them again.

I was really unhappy with them. They did a really bad job. Somebody had to come back and redo it. It was supposed to dry within a couple of hours. It was still wet like three days later. We weren't very happy with them. It was very expensive. They came back and did it again. Their punctuality was good.

Requested an early AM appointment and winded up being booked later without proper notice. Total pricing wasn't clearly explained and we wound up being surprised and having to explain our budget constraints, again! After a ~40 minute wait, the crew was given the OK to proceed. Took them ~20 minutes to finish 4 rooms & stairs.

Very impressed with all of the details from start to finish. Brooks called in advance, arrived when he said he would and did the areas I asked him to do. He under promised and over delivered regarding some stains that our previous carpet cleaner could not remove. The stains are completely gone. Drying time was only 6 hours when our previous carpet cleaner took at least 18-24. I highly recommend ZEROREZ and will use them again.

I made an appointment in advance, there was a call to confirm the appointment and to go over all the charges with me. On the day of the appointment I received an advance call to tell me he was on the way. He arrived right on time and we wen through the entire house and I showed him what I wanted done. I added a wool area rug to the overall area that we had previously discussed, and because we were putting the house up for sale I added the cat urine removal treatment. The work was done well and I was extremely pleased with the results. I had a few stains that I didn't think would come out, but they did. I was very pleased with their service as this is the third time that I've used Zerorez, and I've been satisfied every time.

It went very well. I had previously cleaned up some spots before I contacted them, so they didn't need to treat anything. The process was very simple. We had already removed all the furniture and set up fans to help reduce the dry time. I had read a news article about the electrolyzed water being used in some hotel chains to clean without harsh chemicals and how effective it was. I was excited that it could be used on my carpet. It not only acts like its own detergent, but it is anti-bacterial. There was some slight odor, maybe from the dampness, until it dried, but it was much better than other carpet cleaning methods I have used. We let it dry overnight before we moved all the furniture back in just to be sure. Now I love how natural and clean my carpets feel when walking on it barefoot. There really is no residue on the fibers that I can feel. It was an old carpet but it will last a while longer now before I have to replace my flooring.

Warning ! Do not use Zerorez if you have chemical sensitivities !!!!!!! The technician ... Justin? ..... Was prompt and very friendly. He reiterated that with their system it was impossible for any fumes to be left behind. ........ When he was almost done, I pointed out a few spots that remained..... He told me they would not come out , but miraculously with little effort, they disappeared. Our carpets and furniture are old, but well taken care of and only 2 of us live in the house. I wish their age had never come up because that was repeatedly brought up whenever I questioned spots or issues. There was always a "reason" to anything I questioned. Since it was November, it was very cold in the house with the door open for the equipment ... I had baking in the kitchen going to keep warm, so didn't notice any cleaning fumes at first. The furniture was extremely blotchy when he was done, most noticeable on the chairs. He insisted it was due to them still being wet, AND THEIR AGE ... WORN SPOTS . He worked a bit more on them and said was the best he could do ... CONSIDERING HOW OLD THEY WERE. . I am not unreasonable in my expectations , but the blotches were squarish ... Like the shape of a cleaning head. I let it go thinking it would even out after it dried. As soon as I closed the door after he left, the house filled with fumes. My husband came home and immediately went into a coughing fit and became ill. We opened every window in the house to try and air things out. Remember it was November , we looked a bit crazy to the neighbors. I called the company the next morning to complain about 1. the fumes 2. The blotchy furniture 3. The pet stain in the corner was worse than before. She referred to the notes and told me ... BECAUSE MY FURNITURE AND CARPETS WERE OLD ..... . We finally agreed to have someone come back out . I didn't want the same technician, but she insisted he was their best most experienced person. REALLY ?????? He came back later that afternoon. .... With an attitude. Agreed the pet stain was not taken care of and used something different that would ...... It did not. It is worse than before he came originally ........ The furniture , he insisted was not due to cleaning, but wear ... FROM IT BEING SO OLD . He agreed to work on it a bit more, but did so with little effort. The carpets ..... He could not smell anything and insisted they were fine. By this time my husband was in such allergic reaction and so angry that he just wanted him out of the house. We spent days wearing heavy coats, with the windows wide open airing out the smells that did not exist. When he was cleaning the furniture he told me I could actually put the arm rests in the washer. I asked if he could clean them anyway, which he sort of did. Later I followed his advice (slow learner on my part ) and washed them on a gentle cold water cycle to get the blotches out from his cleaning attempt. . I laid them out to air dry. The arm rests are ruined. They faded to a totally different color and are now useless. Obviously they are NOT washable. The day after, a friend came to visit and couldn't stay because the non existent fumes in the house were so strong they were also making her sick. Also the first thing she said when she walked in was "what happened to your furniture ? They are so blotchy looking. " It wasn't just us !!!!!! I asked him how often they recommended carpets be cleaned ... He said because their system is so thorough , could go as long as 18 months. Really ? Spots came back within a month or so . I was able to remove them with my own cleaner. Even though my carpets are so old. I think the product used to pretreat DOES NOT COME OUT COMPLETELY as promised when Zerorez uses their special cleaning method, and over time the technitions become immune to the smells. We will NEVER USE ZEROREZ AGAIN !!!!! it's shame , had they lived up to their hype, we would have become regular customers and would have recommended them to others with similar health issues. What a waste of hard to come by dollars ! "

Your team was responsive, courteous, on time, and Brooks did an amazing job! We are so impressed - Have never seen the carpets look this good, even after prior cleanigs. The cleaning service provided by the technicians was thorough and completed in a very timely manner. They were courteous and made sure that we communicated clearly about my desires and expectations for the job. The end result was new life for "well lived" carpet.
