+ -1 moreNot only did they sell me a good (used) mower that I was extremely happy with (mowed my lawn immediately upon returning home), but they will be able to sharpen my blades, change the oil, and service the mower if it ever breaks. I liked their kind and courteous staff, who seemed to really want to help versus just sell mowers. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
Description of Work: I have recently moved to Oregon and needed a lawn mower. I was in sticker shock since I hadn't purchased one in a long time, but since they sell and service mowers - they had a few used mowers for sale that they'd restored. They asked me questions in order to find out what features were important (i.e. hills = self propel) to help me select the mower best suited for my needs. Being a woman, I appreciated that these folks didn't talk down to me, and took the time to take me through proper operation and maint of the mower, They charged me less than the sticker, threw in the side discharge attachment, and helped me load it into the car. They also sold gas cans, oil, and all of the associated items for one stop shopping.

+ -1 moreWe last used them 2 weeks ago. Our lawnmower would not run. They fixed it. The price was reasonable. They were professional. My husband uses them and has used them in the past.

Description of Work: Took my mini tiller in for a tune up. They said about 5-10days. Said I needed a new filter housing , which I still do. I called after 2 weeks and was told that the part was not in. I called 2 weeks after that and was told the part was not in. I said I was coming to pick it up. I was told it may still need finishing. I went in, picked it up, and was charged approx. $85 for services rendered. Now, some time later, no filter housing and my tiller does not run as well as when I brought it in. I'm not going back. The people working there were nice, polite, confident, which makes this very disappointing.

+ -1 moreI TOOK MY GAS EDGER IN BECAUSE IT WOULDN'T START. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT TWO TO THREE WEEKS. AFTER TWO WEEKS, I CALLED, THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET TO IT IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. I CALLED BACK AFTER A WEEK AND THEY SAID IT NEEDED A CARBURETOR. I LET THEM FIX IT. WHEN I GOT IT HOME, IT STARTED THE FIRST TIME, BUT THEN WOULDN'T START AGAIN. WHEN IT DID RUN, IT SMOKED A LOT AND SOUNDED SICK. I TOOK IT BACK. THEY SHOWED ME OTHER WAYS TO START IT WHEN IT GOT HOT. THEY HAD TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD BE LIKE BRAND NEW. I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK, THEIR SERVICE, OR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Description of Work: I WAS NOT ABLE TO START MY GAS EDGER. I TOOK IT TO THEM BECAUSE THEIR MINIMUM CHARGE WAS $25.00. LESS THAN SOME OF THE OTHER STORES ASKED.
