This was a complicated real estate transaction, finding a duplex for a grandmother to rent to two grand-daughters and their partners. Becky was diligent and very prompt in finding places for us to look at. When the inspection of the first place we made an offer on turned up problems she worked with us and spent hours at the property as contractors and inspectors looked at it. Her good relations with the selling realtor and patience kept the deal alive. When we decided the problems were not solvable, she documented it in such a way that we got our earnest money back, and promptly showed us alternative properties. She encouraged us to ask for a price adjustment for necessary repairs. The purchase closed today, and all three generations of the buying family are very happy with Becky's work.
