Westside Precision Painting

Excellent. Team showed up when promised, worked straight through on our house until it was done, and finished the job in the time promised. This is the second time we hired this painter. He painted our house 10 years prior, and the job looked so good that I only got it re-painted because I thought it was well overdue, time wise. I had forgotten the painters name, and spent hours going through 10-year old bank statements and cancelled checks to find his name, because I didn't want to hire anyone else. I am equally satisfied the second time around. I would recommend this painter to anyone.

After much research on the web, including Angie’s List and the Oregon CCB, I hired Westside Precision Painting in the summer of 2018 to prep and paint the exterior of my Wilsonville home. I was not disappointed in their work. The Westside crew (Steve – the owner, Dominick, Dylan, and Victoria) were the best: knowledgeable, skilled, hardworking, and just darn nice people! They painted my home with the same care as if it was their own home. Every interaction and communication with Westside was a pleasure. It doesn’t get any better than this. I’m so lucky I hired Westside Precision Painting.

Steve and his crew are extremely professional and do an amazing job. The quality of work is high, the service excellent and he sets/meets his time line. He can aid on color choice, as well as type of paint that would look on your home, helping take out some of the guess work. I highly recommend the team and would hire them again.

The contractor showed up on time and did a great job. They were very considerate and respectful while they were working around our house and completed all work they promised on time. They also did a fantastic job of cleanng up after themselves. I would definitely use these contractors again. I also highly recommend their services.

Steve Haynor and the guys are just great! He was responsive and professional from the outset. He provided me an accurate and timely estimate. The job was a difficult one as my home had not been painted in some time, but his team met the challenge head on! They worked diligently over the long Labor Day weekend and today I have a beautifully stained home.

Steve and his crew did a fantastic job! We wanted to change the house color, and Steve's knowledge of color combinations helped us pick just the right colors. The crew was efficient and kept the yard tidy. Two years later, we are still happy with the color, and the house still looks great!

Great... Steve did such a great job the first time I had him back a second time when the house needed painting again. It really needed extensive caulking too and he did a great job getting to all the areas. They just quality paint and brush it in after spraying it on so it works its way into the surface area better. Majority of other painters weren't going to do this... they just spray and that's it.

Steve Naylor, the owner of Westside Precision Painting (WPP), was one of a few bidders we solicited to paint our home's exterior in the summer of 2004. We chose WPP because of Steve's pricing and technique of spraying and brushing which gets the paint into all the nooks and crannies. His helpers were college students that Steve was able to hand pick as previous students that he had taught in his high school classes. Steve is a full-time teacher and paints only in the summer months. The exterior painting of our house is made a little more difficult because we have a concrete tile roof which can easily be cracked if one is not very careful. Steve did such a great job and the paint lasted so well (11 years) that we were happy to find out he was still doing his summer "thing" when we wanted to paint our house last summer (2015). Steve and his college crew did a great job again and I would highly recommend WPP if you are looking for an exterior painter. Steve actually does 90-95% of the painting himself.

adder was very reasonable. Steve and his crew did an excellent job. I chose Steve based on price and a previous paint job 2 houses down from. I did ask for two coats vs the one coat initially quoted. The second coat costThey did the proper prep work including pressure washing and caulking. He worked closely with my decorator to make sure the color scheme was correct. The decorator did change the paint scheme slightly after discussion with Steve. They worked every day continuously until the job was finished. Also they clean up better than I would have expected. His helpers which were young guys, were very courteous. Because of a heat wave, some mornings they started at 6:30 AM, but no noise or ladder moving until 8:30 AM. They did ask permission if they could come early. I am very satisfied on the results.

When my neighbor had his house painted last month, I was impressed with the efficiency, precision, and quality of the painters. I asked them if I could get a bid for our house. Steve came over the next day and gave me a prompt bid. We talked paint color; I wanted a change, and although I had an idea of what color I thought I wanted, I didn't have an exact color in mind. Steve encouraged me to go to Sherwin-Williams to get some sample colors close to what I was thinking of. Great idea, and there were so many colors!!! I definitely needed Steve's professional opinion on whether he thought my choice would look good on our house, as well as helping me pick trim and accent colors. Steve's assistant, Dom, came a few days later and power-washed the house to get it ready to paint. He was fast, efficient, thorough. This is definitely a quality painting company- their name speaks well to their mission- they provide a precision paint job. From the first day- power washing- they moved things away from the house, they put everything back when they were done. I was impressed. Then came painting time- the prep work- the scraping, the sanding, the filling- all of these steps taken to assure a first quality finish. I was surprised at the speed that they worked at- there was no standing around with this crew. They worked diligently from the moment they arrived until they were done. The final product was amazing- our home looked new again! Steve and his crew worked long and hard the final day to finish the job, and it looked fantastic! I would recommend Steve and his company, Westside Precision Painting, to anyone looking for a quality paint job.

Steve and his crew where excellent. They are professional, friendly and trustworthy. This is the second time Steve has painted my house and I will definitely use him again in the future. I felt very comfortable going out of town while he painted and knew that upon my return the house would look great and there would be no leftover mess for me to worry about.

Steve was very thorough in his bid. I especially appreciated that he provided a lot of detail in his bid and offered us an option of paying for an upgrade in the grade of paint (which we chose to do) His bid was on par with most of the other bids we had received. He also identified two areas of dry rot that we had repaired before he painted the house. Several other paint estimators did not notice the dry rot. When we decided to hire him, he came on the day he said he would and he and a crew of two or three guys finished the house in exactly the five days they expected to work (the weather was also very cooperative but very hot). We appreciated that they came everyday, early, and worked everyday that week. The level of detail and the very fine paint job is excellent. Our front door was sanded and sprayed and looks better than it has in years. We are completely happy with the work they did.

We have used them in the past to paint our whole outside of the house but this time just had them touch up. They have done great work both times and we would use them again.

Right from the start when we met Steve just to get a quote from him, we could tell he was more interested in what we wanted, when we wanted it done and really listened to us. He was also the fastest to give us a formal quote and the only one that called us back the same day we called him with a question! Once he started his work he and his crew painted our house beautifully! He is very detail oriented and does not skip anything! His work was better than we could have ever expected. Plus the job site was kept very clean during the work and after the work was completed. There is absolutely nothing to say but great things for Westside Precision Painting, we HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!

Steve and his workers were VERY efficient to get the prep work done---the masking off of the windows, etc. They were able to get the house painted without any complications, and the end result is perfect! The paint color (which Steve was very patient with me, in making my decision) ended up being perfect as well. The whole project went very well,and the painters were very professional. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Steve did a great job from the quote to completion. He was on time and his quote was right on. He is very detailed oriented and the finished product was beautiful. This is the second time that we have used his services.
