They are very good.

They picked up my "new" (used) piano from the seller. They delivered it to me, then delivered my old piano to its new owner. They were prompt, fast, and professional.

WCM&S packed and moved our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home (including a grand piano) from metro Portland to Bend Oregon with 5 star service from beginning to end. We had some small hitches with the packing, but office manager, Cindy S., was on site and personally made sure everything was done to our complete satisfaction. The professionalism and competence of Cindy and our loaders, Jeromy and Michael… all top notch.

Their service was great and I was very pleased. I requested quotes from three different companies. They were one of two that responded quickly and they had the best price. When arranging the three way move, Chrissy was very helpful. She was willing to contact the other people involved and confirm everything with them. They went above and beyond. It was more than I expected from a mover.

I phoned their office to ask about services and prices. The office staff was polite and professional. When I made the decision to use this company I was put on the schedule a few days out with an approximate pickup time of 4pm, depending on the logistics related to the other pianos scheduled for pick up that day. The two man crew left their facility at 4AM traveled well into Washington state collecting pianos. They told me 9 in all. They phoned at 3:30pm to let me know they were still a ways out and to confirm a later time if I was in agreement. They said they would call when they were 30 minutes out. They did. It was about 7:30 PM when they arrived. A very long day, but they were friendly, polite and efficient. I noted that they had their packing style down and worked very well together. it took about 30 minutes to get my grand piano neatly packaged up and loaded into their modern truck with a lift. Then off she went. It will stay in storage until we are ready to move into our new home. .I paid for the transfer up front and will be billed for the very reasonable monthly storage fee. I will write again once She is delivered back to me.

The process was very easy to set up, and the gentlemen who came to fetch our beloved baby grand piano were courteous, polite, and professional. It took them no time to get our piano ready for transport, and get it out our door. We moved to Central Oregon, and when we do finally have a house in which to put our piano, they will bring it all the way over to Sunriver, and set it up for us. We were very happy to have found this wonderful service, and look forward to getting out 'baby' back with us in a few months!

Great! The team of 2 movers called in advance as promised, arrived in a large truck and disassembled and moved the piano very carefully, gently, and efficiently. Very friendly people, who clearly knew what they were doing. The "B" grade is only because they apparently lost our name when we first called to make appointment, and never called us back, so we had to call again. Recommend calling during regular business hours to set up your move with the receptionist. We had received a lower quote elsewhere, but these people came specifically recommended by a piano expert.
