They did a great job. I don?t think the trellises are ever going to move! The timers are great and are just like I wanted them. They installed a timer in the front yard and a timer with 3 connections in the back yard. Everything was cleaned up and put back when they were finished. The crew set the timers and showed me how to make adjustments. I also appreciate their accuracy in scheduling the job. They ended up having to start a day later on a Friday, but they let me know early on Wednesday that the day was changing. I will definitely have them for any future work needed.

Victor came promptly to give an estimate on dealing with portions of failed concrete in our steps leading to the street and replacing an old walkway with concrete pavers. I liked his ideas about design. He also worked with us on the estimate to bring it within our budget. His crew showed up on time and was very professional. They tied back overhanging plants to prevent damage. Once underway, the crew ran into unexpectedly heavy, thick concrete in the walkway and had to get a commercial jackhammer instead of a regular one, but kept things on schedule. The result is great: safe steps that match the stonework on the front door step and a beautiful new walk of environmentally-friendly pavers that is perfectly aligned. We have also asked Victor to add some lighting and river rock to complete the project. We couldn't be happier!

From design, to implementation to final product it could not have gone better. The work progressed quickly and the quality of work was outstanding. We sought three bids for this project. Victor's design was well thought out. His bid included detailed information regarding materials of construction and included a detailed design drawing to scale. His drawing was very accurate and representative of the finished product. He was open to design edits and provided a final bid based on the minor changes we requested. Upon bid approval, his team was available to start within the week. His team was great, starting at dawn. They keep the site tidy and even came out to cover the work area with a tarp during the unexpected rainy week. We have two dogs, and they were always mindful to ensure the fence was returned and the gates were well secured when they left. The work progressed quickly and we could not be happier with the final product.

Victor and his crew turned a side and backyard which was rough, weedy and had suffered from 3 years of house remodeling into a serviceable, attractive and useable space. I obtained 3 bids for the work needed and his bid was the most prompt as well as most reasonable. He was professional and communicated his suggestions clearly. He did his best to match the work needed with our budget. He was flexible and added to the scope of work when requested. His workers were courteous, neat and on time. The work done was top notch! We were so pleased that we will be asking him for a bid on further work (deck construction).

I was extremely satisfied with the work performed by Victor and his team. Victor's communication throughout the job was terrific. He was always very quick to respond to my multiple questions and explained things very clearly. I am fairly particular when it comes to home projects, but was very happy with the end results - the patio looks great.

I know their price was not unreasonable. They did a great job. The craftsmanship was excellent. They were prompt and did not take very long to finish the work. We did not have any complaints with them. They were very professional.

Overall it went great. Victor did more in one week than I was able to accomplish in four years.
