THERMA GLASS INC

I called Therma Glass from a recommendation by a friend who used them and was very pleased with their work on some shower enclosures. I set up an appointment for measurement for two enclosures for my bathrooms. They called to move one of the appointments due to another appointment running late but we came to an agreement on a new time and he arrived on time. I had a good idea of what I wanted but there were some complications because of lack of structural supports. I appreciated the ideas provided to me and felt that the options provided were most in line with what I wanted of all the companies who came out. He was professional and personable. I also called for other quotes at the same time. I recieved an e-mail from Therma Glass that they could not provide me with a quote because they provide glass for one of the other companies that I contacted and they did not want to bid against their own customers. I thought this was highly commendable but was frustrated that I liked the options for their solutions to my glass needs best. The offered to send over their measurements and specifications to the other company so that I could get what I wanted - and they did! My interactions with them were pleasant and professional. I did not have work done but I can tell you that this is a company with high professionalism and honesty. I have seen their work at my friend's house which is top notch. I ended up with a very nice result from a company who treated me well but if I have need for this type of work again, I would not hesitate to use Therma Glass in the future.

It required 3 appointments. The first was to do the measuring (which they did late in the day at my convenience). It took several weeks for them to make the door. The 1st appointment to do the install had to be rescheduled as a prior job earlier in the day went longer than expected. So a 3rd appointment was scheduled to actually install the door (which took less than an hour). The glass they used is very thick and the door has a nice magnetic latch. I'm very happy with the quality of the product.
