Excellent! Staff responsive & professional. Repair completed quickly and left work area clean. Staff also took the time to explain the repair and assisted us with getting the gas turned back on via NW Natural.

Everyone was a pleasure to deal with --every single person! I had gotten bids from other companies and this was not the most expensive, and even with that, Plumbers Inc took care of replacing the tile that had to be removed for the job. This made it so much better for me and I was so grateful. Also, they reassured me that they had fixed it properly and it was taken care of -- one of the other companies had said that they "probably" would fix it successfully, but they left themselves wiggle room for it to go wrong. Plumbers Inc was confident which helps me sleep at night.

Robert did a fantastic job. We ran into some problems with the replacement dishwasher fitting our cabinets, so that was not completed. We have a very complex hot water system (dual gas heaters) and Robert didn't have enough time to complete the pump on the hot water heater part of the install. That said, I would hire The Plumbers again in a heartbeat. They were totally professional. There were no surprises related to their expense - in fact, their hourly rate is very reasonable for the experience their plumber had and they don't appear to add much, if any, mark up to their materials expense. Very interesting contrast to another plumber we had out the next day (see review for 3 Mountain Plumbing). Highly recommend The Plumbers!

They do really good work. I never worry about the quality. They always show-up. They're a little pricey, but quality companies are the same all around. It is always the same guy. He is real easy to work with, and does a good job. He leaves the area totally clean.

All fixed within the estimated time frame given. The exception would be 1 sink was not addressed, but I take ownership of it as I probably distracted the Plumber with some questions.

The service went well. He came out right when he said he would. It was an older faucet that needed some parts. He put it back together and everything was good.

They came out right a way to diagnosis the problem and provide an estimate. As I was leaving town, I agreed to call them when I knew I was returning. I did just that and arranged to have the work done as soon as I got back. They were punctual (something I REALLY appreciate) and did the work within the timeframe that was quoted. I would definitely call The Plumbers, Inc again.

Two other plumbers couldn't solve the problem. But he was able to solve it in a few hours. He was punctual, and he did excellent work. We haven't had a single problem since he came to fix our outdoor faucet.

Before hiring Judah and the team at The Plumbers Inc. I spoke with 4 or 5 plumbers. This was a major job on an older home replacing the existing galvanized water supply system including the main line from the street. With such a large job, I wanted to be sure to get the right plumber. From start to finish I was pleased with the service I received. Based on the positive reviews I found and Judah's professionalism and some of his ideas when giving the estimate I decided to go with his company. His bid was a bit lower than any of the other bids I received. Since the walls were open, I asked his lead plumber on my project (Jim) to let me know of anything else they found. There were a few other things that they recommended fixing, and I felt that they price they charged me was fair for the additional work in addition to the original bid. I would not hesitate to hire The Plumbers Inc. again. They did the work when scheduled (even with icy roads on the first day the project was scheduled) and finished on time. They were professional and polite and friendly toward myself and family and I had no concerns about them being in my home for the 4 days they worked at my place. This was a big project, and fairly expensive (as you would imagine from a whole house re-plumbing) but needed to be done. I'm glad I made the right choice in hiring the team at The Plumbers Inc.

We have used them before and really liked their service, so it was a no-brainer to call again. Some of the things were complicated but they figured it out and were great! Always professional and very knowledgeable! Although we don't want to list cost, we found it to be very reasonable.

Projects have included replacing water main (from street to house) Installing water heaters, fixing general leaks, snaking drains, and more. They are one the most honest, reliable and quality plumbers I have ever worked with... And, I have worked with many criminal type plumbers in the Portland area. If you ever want to know who to stay away from, just ask me. The Plumbers always go above and beyond my expectations. I never feel like they are pushing the clock to get more time out of a situation so they can make more money. They never come up with "surprise" you better get this fixed right away situations. Great. They plumbed it, set up the inspection, then returned to finish up. I was happy with their professionalism and work.

Bob arrived at our house at exactly the time he was scheduled to arrived. He was very personable and professional. I explain what problems we had encountered and he returned to his truck for the supplies and tools he needed to accomplish the repairs. After he completed his repairs he thoroughly cleaned his work area before leaving. The cost for his work was very reasonable. In the future if I need the services of a plumber, I will certainly call back The Plumbers Inc. for their assistance.

Robert arrived on time and had everything needed for the job. He was pleasant and professional, even took a moment to pet my dog, thus making her relax while "a stranger" was in our home. Robert finished installing the new faucet in about 30 min, and explained what had been done. He is a tall guy, so I asked him to please change the furnace filter, which was out of my reach. He very kindly agreed to my request, took the dirty filter to garbage and tidied up a few dust bunnies. I was absolutely grateful for his help as a plumber and nice guy ;)

We found them from Angie's List. They were great. They were super efficient. They were very patient. They were reasonably priced. We were very happy with them. They were very professional.

My experience was about as good as a leaky pipe can get! We heard a noise the night before and opened the door under the kitchen sink to see a fountain cascading down the back of the cabinet. My husband determined the leak was between the cut-off valve and the street, so we had to turn our water off at the street. We called first thing in the morning and were able to arrange to meet the plumber from The Plumbers, Inc. at our earliest available time from work. When I got home, the plumber was waiting (about 15 minutes early!!!). He diagnosed the problem and fixed it... for about $200. He had all the tools and supplies with him to complete the job; it took about an hour and 15 minutes. Since he had to remove some drywall and wet insulation, he also helped me understand the situation and let me know next steps for drying out, etc. He checked the basement for signs of leakage into the laundry room (found no apparent water signs) and tested our water pressure (within normal limits). As it is an old house, we assume it was corrosion via time since our water pressure is fine. I've already told 2 friends about The Plumbers, Inc and am happy that our problem was fixed and that they were able to work with our schedule and make it so our water was restored so quickly and efficiently.

He arrived on time and evalutated the issue. He ran out to buy the correct lengh but didn't charge me for the "time" during that travel. He was able to do the all the work from outside. He was pleasent and professional. I've used The Plumbers, Inc in the past, when my kitchen was upgraded. I'D RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE and will hire them again when needed.

I received a bid of $1345 on Feb of 2013. I called April 28th, 2014, as I was ready to proceed with the project, and made an appointment for the work to be done on May 21st, their first opening 3.5 weeks later. However, I had to wait 9 days for Judah to come back to look at the job. He came on Wednesday afternoon, May 7th, emailing a new bid on Thursday afternoon, the 8th that was $300 higher becaue of a current code change. We exchanged several emails as I wanted more information. Turns out the "current code change" went into effect in 2003, 10 years before the first bid. On Friday afternoon, he responded to let him know if I wanted to move forward. I called on Monday to say "yes", but the receptionist said my installation appointment 9 days later on May 21st had been cancelled and there was nothing they could do. Their next opening was the end of June, 6 weeks later! They could make me wait 9 days for Judah to come out, but somehow could not wait 1 business day for me to respond? I think this is unprofessional and very poor customer service. I will never use this company again.

I had to make an appointment 2 weeks in advance but I didn't mind as my plumbing issues were not an emergency. Robert came on time (actually a bit earlier) on the day he was expected. He was friendly, professional, and got the job done in 3 hours time. I had all the parts (which I had ordered through Home Depot) waiting for him so I basically paid just for his time and labor. The shop charges $118 an hour. So far, all is working quite satisfactorily. Note* Previously, I had taken advantage of another plumbing company's offer to do a complete plumbing inspection of my house. This deal was offered for $39 on Angie's List. I felt their bid for the job was excessively high. By purchasing the parts myself and paying Plumbers Inc. their hourly labor charge, I managed to save hundreds of dollars.

Scheduled service the day before at 5pm. The arrival window I was given was between 2-4pm and when I rolled up at 2:10 he was waiting in front of the house. Bonus points for that. Finished the job in just under 40 minutes (although there is a one hour min. charge). Honored my 10% off coupon from Angie's List, no questions.
