The Killers Crawl Space Restoration

Description of Work: I scheduled a no cost bid for my small crawl space and experience several issues. Although I called and left a detailed messaged for the supervisor about my experience, I did not receive any follow up whatsover. I received a bid that was 3 x higher than any other bids and I got 4, and was told from the beginning that Killer is the lowest price in Portland and sets the prices for all of Portland, I was also told I had 1,000 square feet of crawl space when in fact I have less than 500. I was told several of my foundation screens had large holes in them from rodents. In fact, none of my screens have holes in them. I was told I would have to spend an additional $600 in addition to the $6k, yes $6k bid for rodent control or the job would not even be started. I asked for everything in writing and received nothing back of course I had already called and asked to speak to the supervisor.
