Description of Work: We hired josh and his crew to fix up our home for sale. We had been in the home for ten years and there were some much needed repairs, as well as things we always meant to do but never got around to do. Josh and his crew made our sloped living room levle- a project he recommended with confidence which other builders had balked at when we had some previous quotes. His carpentry team made our living room gorgeous by leveling it (correcting the floors by two inches) with sound workmanship. He created and star bedroom, finished our half finished 600sq ft basement, made the laundry room clean light and functional, painted all surfaces and replaced all carpeting and finished all hardwood floors, cleaned the gutters and moss from the roof. When a neighbor complained about a trailer parked too close to her home, he came over at ten pm and moved it. I only give him good for punctuality because we ares till waiting on some itemization of the final bill, but then he has worked with us to have us pay the difference at escrow and really, he finished allw ork in the time frame we needed. His son works for him and all his crew were very courteous. His pricing was great, and we had offers 10k over asking within the first few days on the market..
