+ -1 moreI had a pretty good experience with them. I had a sort of interesting predicament of very specific things that needed to get done in the appraisal and the person took a lot of time to understand what the needs were and how she could tailor the services that they would provide to me to meet the needs. I thought they did a good job in listening to what I needed. To actually get the appraisal though took a little bit longer than I thought. I had to follow up with them. I think they were actually reasonably priced. I had 2 appraisals that needed to be done so considering that, their rate was good.
Description of Work: They did home appraisal for me.

+ -1 moreThey were friendly on the phone and extremely fast with their response time. Emily's report was thorough, and included descriptions and photographs of homes used for comparison. They viewed the interior and exterior of the home, took measurements, and were very accurate.
Description of Work: Team Appraisals were referred by our mortgage broker to do an appraisal of our home for refinancing our second mortgage. Our mortgage broker specifically recommended them because they are detailed in their appraisals.
