Description of Work: Installed Synlawn in our front and back yard. They did an awesome job and it looks fantastic! The landscapers who did the actual work were professional and did great work. Minor damage occurred to a piece of house siding during the process and Dave from Synlawn called me right away to report it. He had it fixed in 2 days and we can't even tell that anything happened. So refreshing to work with true professional!!!

 + -1 moreThey are the only ones we priced so I don't know how to grade their price. Apparently they said the color of the grass that we had ordered did not come in, but we never ordered a color. We did not go with the light or the dark. I remember we went with the one that was less expensive; the one my daughter had bought.
Description of Work: We had our lawn re-done by Synlawn. They came and laid artificial grass.

Description of Work: Labor mis-hap, rescheduling of confirmed install days, seams are showing now, required oversight due to poor quality install. blew foundational rocks all over our house and fence. Had to be discussed with management for them to even take notice and clean-up. Unclear strategy on usage of the weed fabric.

Description of Work: Dug out existing lawn, graded area, layered crushed stone and sand, laid out, cut and secured lawn. Cleaned up after the job.

 + -1 moreI was very impressed from the moment I first spoke to Scott in the showroom. He took the time to explain all my options and pricing for each. By the time I got home, I had a quote in my inbox and he followed up with a phone call the next day. Installation was scheduled right away and the installer did a great job. He was very thorough and efficient and even cleaned up a mess I had left in the yard. Scott also followed up a few days after installation to ensure I was happy with my experience. I would absolutely use the Beaverton SynLawn team again and recommend their work.
Description of Work: Removal of sod in back yard; installation of turf, to include leveling the ground and delivery and installation of aggregate base.

 + -1 moreThe installers were on time and completed the job as promised. They cleaned the entire area after the job. The dogs love the feel of the new surface. They don't track dirt back into the house as they did with the natural lawn (mud). The price was equivalent to having the space done over with pavers, and I am glad we discovered this option.
Description of Work: I had the sod on my side yard replaced with Synlawn. The lawn would not grow properly due to poor drainage, lack of sun, and three dogs. The new Synlawn is gorgeous and they were able to install it around the existing landscape features. Dave was easy to work with and helped to design the job to keep the cost as low as possible. The effect is stunning.

 + -1 moreDAVID IS GREAT TO WORK WITH. HE REALLY CARES AND WANTS YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH YOUR SELECTION. MANY SAMPLES TO CHOOSE FROM. HE SUBCONTRACTED THE LABOR AND THE CREW WAS GREAT. KIDS LOVE MY GRASS! NO BUGS, DRIES QUICKLY - I LOVE THE CARE FREE BENEFIT!
Description of Work: INSTALLED NEW KIND OF SYNTHETIC GRASS IN MY SMALL FRONT YARD. MUCH NICER THAN OLD TURF - LOOKS REAL. MY YARD IS TINY, BUT WAS STILL IMPRESSED THAT INSTALL WAS DONE WITHIN 4 HOURS. REMOVING OLD YARD, PACKING ROCK BASE, THEN GRASS IS ROLLED OUT AND SECURED. THEY WORKED WITH ME ON THE SHAPE AND GOT IT JUST RIGHT!
