Superior Underground LLC

During a pending home sale I was informed of sewer issues that needed correction. Superior Underground LLC was recommended to me by my plumber (Crouchley Plumbing, whom I trust explicitly) and I am thrilled with their work. Ryan's knowledge and work ethic saved me a few thousand dollars and a lot of heartache had I chosen the original company and I didn't have to have the entire side of my house excavated! His team came across some unexpected grade issues and moved forward smoothly and efficiently without having to disrupt the entire job. I love Ryan's way of doing business....he is honest, upfront and transparent. Yes he is in it to make money but he keeps the customer needs and budge front of mind and is very careful not to overcharge or upsell just to get extra money for the job. He and his team know what they are doing, they work hard and believe in an honest day's work for an honest day's pay. Can't ask for more than that! They did fantastic work and I would absolutely recommend Superior Underground LLC for ALL of your sewer needs.

Ryan was an excellent communicator and very patient and clear when he was at the house outlining how he would do the project. He was great about writing up a detailed bid and following up a week later. His bid was right in the middle of the bids that we got and so we opted to go with another company that was doing other houses in the neighborhood. We've been having some problems with the other company, so in retrospect, we wish we would have hired Ryan!

Bought our first home and due to a number of need-to-do’s we ended up affording a more affluent neighborhood. Little did we know this meant wading through a sea of bids at 3-4x the standard rate while assuming we knew little about the work being done. Superior Underground was a godsend. They were fast, fair priced, professional, and not put off by my town’s extra layers of regulation. When they encountered problems (leaking water line) I was informed immediately along with their action plan, they even had everything fixed before leaving for the evening. They did a great job cleaning up & compacting the site afterward, even excavated a set of bushes I had been struggling to remove.
