They did an ok job with the tile setting - although you have to pay for full boxes of tile and we had a lot of tile left over that we had paid for and they didn't take back - seems like a waste. They also staggered the joints for the bullnose with the other tile on one side of the shower but lined up the joints on the other side - a detail you don't notice right away but inexcusable for professionals. I was also told that they use Red Guard - a water proofer - on the backer board as standard practice on showers. I needed this done since my contractor did not put anything behind the backer board. That message didn't get through to the installers and I had to make some phone calls after they started. To be fair this is something my contractor should have made sure of. I do have some issues with the pebble floor in the mud pan on the floor. There is a weird build up of residue on the floor. Chris - the guy who came out to the job to measure told me it was mineral build up. It is Portland City water so it is hard to believe this would happen in two months. I think it is from the tile grout. He said that the "warranty dept" would contact me to come look at it. That was a week ago.

Floors and stairs were installed before we move in in May. In early June we found a crack on one stair step and called Super Floors. They sent a guy for an estimate several days later which was quite responsive. But since then we haven't seen any of their guys - the crack is still there after 6 weeks and my wife who is pregnant steps on the crack everyday. I made several calls but still nobody shows up so far. I don't think their service is worth recommending.
