Top Notch -A One - what can you say. I took the blinds in, David looked them over and said no problem - today or tomorrow. Tomorrow it was! Looked great, worked great, price was right. David and Allison know how to do the job and know customer service to the max. I've used their service a couple of different times. They are second to none in quality, price or friendliness. On the way home, the blinds fell off the jump seat in my truck - I think this is when the retainer on one side of the blinds broke. I sheepishly returned with my non- functioning blind, told my sad story, and it was fixed in five minutes or less. When I finally got home and rehung the blinds, my son asked me later in the evening if they were a new set of blinds. I assured him they were not, they had just been attended to by professionsals!

Did a beautiful job. our blinds work perfectly again. Saved us hundreds of dollars over buying new blinds. Very prompt and professional service. Customer service is fantastic, friendly and warm. Even walked us through getting a remotely operated blind working over the phone! (Hunter Douglas tried, but told us to call Suburban) Will definitely recommend them and use them again!

First of all very nice people. Professional and very polite. They were able to get my blinds covered under warranty so the repair bill of the 4 different jobs was quite reasonable. They were able to restring the blinds so i did not have to purchase new ones. A franction of the cost. The job was complete and well done. They had been recommended by an excellent blinds salesman Doug Hall.. He was correct they did a great job. It is nice to have one place where I can have the work done and not worry about shopping round. Excellent job.

Awesome couple! Brought in 2 blinds to be repaired. One was repairable. The second was fixed with concerns that it will break again in the near future. Therefore, I was not charged for the second blind. I was more than pleased with the quality of his work and the exceptional custom service of his wife. Both made working with them and getting what I needed done simple and easy.

He was Awesome! Quick and easy, I waited maybe 10 minutes. They've fixed other blinds for me, and they've always been quick and reasonably priced.

Our experience was excellent from our initial phone call until we picked up the repaired shade. They were courteous, friendly, and highly competent. Our shade was finished in two hours, from the time we dropped it off until we picked it up. They offered to do this so that we wouldn't have to make two trips from Milwaukie to Beaverton. Outstanding service and definitely beyond expectations.

While the owner, Dave, no longer makes house calls his instructions made it very easy to take the shades down and put them back up. Dave took care of everything within a couple of hours after we dropped the shades off at his workshop. The same day service was great because these are our only window coverings in our bedroom.

My kitchen window blind developed a frayed string, so it became impossible to raise or lower it. I called Suburban Drapery Service and found out they're near my house, so I took the blind in for repairs and was delighted to be told he'd have it ready for me the next day. Sure enough, the next morning I got a call that it was fixed and ready to go. I put the shade back up and it works perfectly. He also cleaned it for me. What a simple, easy experience!

I took the blind in, they dropped what they were doing and fixed it.I was out in 15 minutes. Talk about customer service!

This was the best quote I got (out of 4) and I am so glad that I chose to go to Suburban Drapery. They were recommended by another provider, who uses them to fix blinds for his business. They were more than fair. I was surprised and pleased not to be charged for the first repair.

My master bedroom widow blind, of 11 years, pull cord had broken inside the shade. This is the only window in the room and not being able to open and close the shade, with 3 kitties, was difficult, at best. I called the Suburban Drapery Service phone number and left a message about the blind problem. The next day, a very sweet young woman called me, she told me her name was Allison and felt they could fix my blind. Allison asked what would be a good time for me and we set a date and time. 30 minutes before their arrival, Allison called to ensure I was home and ready for their arrival. Both Allison and her husband Dave arrived and were simply delightful! We chatted as if we knew each other for years! All the while with them working on my blind...which was fixed in 15-20 minutes! These two are great! Very friendly, professional and know their business very well. I found myself wondering what else could I have them fix for me in the future, just to have them come back! Great company and excellent team to work with!

Not only did they do an outstanding job, they were wonderful to work with. This husband and wife team are delightful! They do exceptional work, are on time and couldn't be more pleasant to have in your home. I will use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Great! They came out within two days and did all the work in an hour or so. They were friendly, professional and knew exactly what to do. They gave us advice regarding the care of the blinds and were extremely helpful. They do all kinds of work on blinds, and I was extremely satisfied
