Really nice to your face when hire him, you better know something about roofing or construction as I caught him on several fraudulent materials on contract, never crediting what I found out he DIDN'T put on, tried to bill for material he never put on & when did research of all the pics he didn't know I took, nothing but FRAUD & inferior product. when challenged tried to bully me into paying for stuff not on roof claiming other items were $000 in costs. Didn't complete job on time kept going to do other jobs, when threatened w/ legal avenues still hasn't come to fix it per contract & what was PD!! And if you actually check his license he has NOT been licensed since 1979, it's only been since 2019!! He's being reported to CCB board as well for all of this! I have complete documentation. You better make sure you take pics of EVERYTHING if you choose to hire this man. He actually DOESN'T know how to fully install a metal roof or vent a ridge correctly!! All of which you can find on-line!! I've been remodeling houses since the 80's & built this tiny home & couldn't do the roof due to knee & hand joint issues or I'd have done it right!! He has lied multiple times & it's all documented can't keep up w/his own lies!! Definitely had a problem w/ a woman telling him anything!! Was to be done June 15th & it's still not done per my contract & why he's being reported & sued after being given multiple chances to fix the issues!! His crap work has caused gutters to come off partially & if you saw the pictures up close of his side wrap you'd cringe as everyone who walks by has done & He knew I was putting it up for sale & why I think he thought he could get away w/ this amount of FRAUD!! Try USA ROOFING, OR Reliable Roofing of Portland!! Do not hire this man & if you do you better document EVERYTHING as I have & compare it to what's on your contract & pricing, especially if he tries to "change" things saying this or that will work better!! LOOKS ARE DECEIVING PEOPLE

They were very cost effective. I couldn't ask for a better price. Excellent quality of work, good attitude, true to his estimate, and I would highly recommend him.

They've done really good and no problems with the roof. It was nice and really great.
