Went excellently. Seth was very patient in helping us select the most cost efficient and appropriate flooring and was with us the whole process from the day we walked into the store to the completion of project. We liked how there was one person overall to deal with, not having a salesperson who then handed off to a project manager.

Not well. Simple Floors ordered the wrong grates. We ordered more flooring and PAID FOR IT. They lost the order! The guy we worked with, Ivan, was terribly rude. What did we do? We eventually talked with Tom who manages this company (I think) and we were told it was another $250 to deliver the goods. The two men that delivered the supplies were nice and told me, "every company has it's glitches" and "we take customer service seriously." I have to disagree. To whom it may concern: If you want your order lost, the wrong thing made and your overall project stopped—then go to Simple Floors. Otherwise, my advice is to avoid this business. It is sad when honest, hardworking people are ripped off and mistreated.

Excellent customer service, great selection. Levi was very easy to work with, no sales pressure at all, very helpful with selecting the right floors. Would definitely use again!

We had a disappointing experience at another flooring/countertop company in downtown Portland and then decided to go with Simple Floors. We are so glad that we did! Len was professional and very helpful and knowledgeable about what would work well for our needs and budget. He was prompt with phone calls regarding the product, floor install crew, delivery schedule, etc. And he was able to get a greater discount than we had originally thought. We would definitely recommend Simple Floors and Len very highly.

The staff's demeanor was okay other than the salesman that we worked it kind of dropped the ball in the beginning. He forgot to submit our order after we paid our down payment so it was two weeks late.

They have been abysmal! My floors look absolutely terrible, and all employees from the salespeople to those at the corporate office have lied to us. They weren’t licensed with the Construction Contractors Board of Oregon when they performed the installation work, even though they told us they were. We've taken them to court, and they've since obtained their CCB license. I’m beyond frustrated with with this company!

Simple Floors failed to perform. My wife and I and our contractor sat with their salesperson and explained that the flooring installation needed to be completed by December 19, and the salesperson assured us that delivery would be on December 11, leaving just enough time to install the floors. When 12/11 comes around, we were told that the product was backordered until January, and they claimed that they had told us that. When we told them that all three of us remembered that the delivery date was Dec 11 and that we were never told about a backorder, they backed down. We had to immediately cancel the order and locate flooring elsewhere. The only reason I did not rate them an "F" is that they were somewhat prompt in refunding our money in full (it still took over a week).
