Excellent. John set to work right away. He worked very fast and was very knowledgeable. He determined a baseboard heater needed replacement and gave options to choose. He had a very complex task with a porch light the had no power only to find the circuit was dead and found a light fixture that was miswired and had burned the insulation off the wire. He repaired it . finding the problem required getting into the attic crawl space to trace where the wires went. I was grateful he found and fixed it as it was dangerous.

So lucky our issue was a quick fix! We had a problem with flickering lights, and John was able to find what was causing it and got it all fixed. He also took the time to explain what was causing the issue, which was much appreciated!

What I appreciated the most was the friendly, prompt service. I was called within an hour of making the request online and a technician was sent the next day. In fact, the technician showed up an hour early and my problem was solved right away. I was very pleased and would happily use them again for my electrical needs.

The service man was very professional, communicated clearly with me (as I wasn't present) and cleaned up. He went the extra step to connect the dishwasher water lines that were left behind due to the missing outlet.

Rick was able to provide quote right on site with all the works I wanted to be done (some other companies would quote some but no all, and asked to quote others jobs afterward). Very easy and open communication. We have new panel in, new outlet for tankless water heater, and add new power circuit to an outlet. Rick also provide excellent service by helping fixing some works that I added on the day he came to work. Very happy customer.

I was amazed that they fit me into their schedule within the same week that I called to make the appointment. The electrician showed up on time and maintained excellent communication throughout the project. The final bill was exactly the same dollar amount as the initial quote. The workmanship was top notch.
