It was a mixed bag. Some things were great and some were horrible. It took them about one to two days to complete the move. They were really good about packing everything up and organizing. As well as loading up the truck. I would tell friends and family to only use their services for the packing and moving. I wouldn't allow them to take any items for charity or sale. The movers were warm and friendly, they were also very hardworking. But the communication and record keeping were abysmal. We were never given a record of everything taken into the shop to be sold and donated for tax purposes, though we were previously informed that we would. The money that we did get back for the sale of her items didn't seem to match what they took.

Their counselor recommended a couple of movers to take excess items to their thrift and resale shop, who came and did the job. They helped with the packing and organizing to get ready for a 2-stage move. Did a lot of the packing that I could not do myself. After the main move, they came to remove the items that I had decided to donate or recycle, and clean up the place for landlord inspection. I will be using them again, if I ever sell and move again, and possibly sooner because there is still a lot of items I need to rid myself of.

I have recommended her to people who have really been happy with her. She does great work and I will recommend her again in the future.

They arrived on time, were most courteous and worked hard. We enthusiastically recommend them to any seniors or anyone else who is moving and need help.
