He's incredibly patient. He's willing to take up to as many properties as we needed to see in order to see what we needed.

Robin was all we could have hoped for in a real estate agent. He was extremely patient in leading us through an extensive home search and buying process that lasted nearly 2 years. It was a pleasure working with Robin and we would definitely use him again for any future home buying endeavors.

As stated above, we used Robin to sell our previous house in the Williams/Mississippi neighborhood and to buy our current home in Sabin. For the sale, Robin consulted on staging the house and what to replace, what to fix and what to let slide. At the same time, Robin helped us find our new house. Everything went very smoothly with both transactions. We had three offers on our hourse within three days and found exactly the home we'd hoped for. Robin has a passion for real estate but I'd say what sets him apart are his negotiation skills and exacting attention to detail. We got a great deal on our current home and Robin helped negotiate the final cost so that we were able to afford a home that we could stay in and raise a family. I think Robin did a great job of facilitating additional offers on the house we sold so we had more leverage with the buyers after the home inspection. He's very committed to seeing the deal through and even wanted to be there for the signing of the title and the mind-numbing amounts of closing documents.

Robin was very inquisitive and discussed our needs/wants for a house and felt like he had our best interest in mind. We looked at a short sale home and he was right to discourage us from putting on offer on it. Then we found what we thought was the perfect house (up until the inspection). Robin walked me through putting an offer and helped put my mind at ease; unfortunately, the deal fell through. Robin was quick to respond, sincere and amicable. I wish we were able to continue to work with him (instead of having to go back to our original realtor upon return from vacation). I highly recommend Robin and would love to work with him (again) if we ever decide to sell our house.

We started off needing to decide whether to stop renting and start owning a house. After meeting with Robin and getting an understanding of the process of buying a house we knew now was the time to move forward. Especially with so many good deals available for buyers. Next we had to hone in on what area we wanted to live in. We did this by having him show us a number of properties to determine what we could afford in different neighborhoods in inner east side Portland. Then we found THE HOUSE. We knew right away that this was the one. It had 3 bedrooms and 1 and a half baths, lots of character, and a great location. Then Robin helped us write up and offer and after some back and forth, it was accepted. He helped us find a great inspector and navigate the process of ensuring there was nothing big wrong with the house. Soon thereafter, it was time to close and get the keys.
