they started out okay, not great but adequate as the house was vacant during a remodeling project. At one point they asked if they could use a stand up lawn mover, rather than push lawn mower. We told them not, it would damage the lawn. They went ahead and did it anyway. We had to wait and confront them in person while starting again to use stand up mower. That finally stopped. The final straw was when mowing the mower threw a rock and broke our dining room window. They ignored it! When we confronted the owner - which took many attempts to reach him -- he said he'd pay for the repair. He never did, ducked calls and emails...just disappeared. Needless to say they have been fired - so-so quality work on a good day and too expensive to clean up the damage they caused.

They are very professional, reliable, and the service is great. I've had several lawn service companies at other homes both in Oregon and other locations, and Rios is by far the best service and most reasonable cost.

As a Christmas gift, my parents hired Rios to do some work in my backyard. They first came out in April to see what needed to be done. They were called in July to be reminded to come out to do the work. It is now August, and I have not heard from this company, and summer has pretty much passed. I would have already moved on to a reliable/trustworthy company if this work wasn't a gift. But alas. I am beyond frustrated at the total lack of professionalism and basic courtesy of this "company"

The cost is a hundred-sixty bucks a month depending on the size of your yard. I have only used them for a month.

They are doing the trimming in stages right now. We get billed monthly.

It looks amazing, and Ron was so reasonable in terms of price. So appreciative we found this company! We will definitely use them again in the future, and seriously considering using them as a monthly service since they did such an amazing job.

This is a great company. They do a fantastic job. The owner is very easy to communicate with over text, and responds quickly. I've never had any issues. The pricing is fair.

The yard maintenanced consisted of cleaning all plant beds, pulling weeds, raking leaves, cleaning of sidewalk, curbs, driveway, and blowing remaining debris. This is a corner lot and the front/side of the yard was done so nicely. I have a ramp to the house and they cleaned the weeds under it and smoothed all the beds. It was done efficiently and yard looks fabulous Neighbors commented how nice it . Ron's staff were most gracious and introduced themselves to me and did a fine job. Ron met with me we discussed what I wanted done. He was professional, pleasant manner and impressed with his background doing Yard maintenance. He will be doing my front/side yard every 2 weeks. I have 2 Arborvitae to be replaced and he will do that for me. He give a senior discount so this helps this recent senior widow. Ron had good suggestions for some future needs as they come up.

I bought my brother's house and the backyard was more than I could handle so I looked up the guy my brother used and the reviews were not good so I came to Angie's list and found Ron. Ron was prompt at giving me a quote and keeping things affordable. We discussed things in terms of stages and he gave me his advice on what would be good in the future in terms of selling the house down the road, so I have a plan of action now. The crew arrived promptly when schedule, and the work was done just a few days after my initial contact with Ron. The crew was nice and the work took exactly the time Ron estimated. The yard now looks great compared to what it did look like, but I have lots to work to do still, so I will be contacting Ron again to do phase 2 of my backyard plan! I look forward to working with Ron a lot over the coming few years.

They do my yard and are excellent. The workers are really nice and friendly. They are good with my dogs and are really nice people. They come when I am at work and have been doing it for the last year. I would highly recommend them; they are the best I have ever seen.

This is the second year I've used Rios Lawn Service, and I continue to be amazed at the quality and promptness of their work. No matter what I ask for, they go above and beyond what I expected.

Mr. Rios and his crew are very personable and hard-working. They showed up right on time and went straight to work. They were so quiet we barely realized they were out there. They were fast, but thorough. Mr. Rios's crew is extremely professional and did a fantastic job on our yard. We'd recommend him in a heartbeat. Edit: We've used Mr. Rios again for an additional cleanup and he continues to impress. His prices are fair, and he and his crew are very professional, friendly, and hard-working. Highly recommended.

We have used Rios for over two years and our yard has never looked better. My only regret is that we would have found him earlier. We are in the process of moving and have already had him begin work on the new place. I'd highly recommend to anyone. Great Team and Service. Well worth every penny spent.

I learned of Rios Lawn Service from my neighbor who had been using the service for over 5 years. She was happy and I'm ecstatic about the job they do.

He comes in with his crew and they come in, cut the lawn, and have it cleaned up in less than twenty minutes. They're quick and great. He does not charge for the little extras. When I asked him to do my shrubs, he did so for a very reasonable fee and when he was done, he did not leave any leaves or clippings behind. He is also very warm, friendly and accommodating.
