He was very very good. He came out to do a survey and give me a price and he was great. He was honest and on time. He allowed me to asked 5 questions and he answered it honestly. I appreciate his honesty.

After getting several bids for the project of repiping our home we decided that the bid by Repipe Specialists best fit our needs and budget. I am thankful we chose them for the job. They were professional from start to finish. They stuck to the timeline and dates agreed to, except to call us and ask if we would like the drywallers to come a day earlier than planned since they happened to have an earlier opening. The repipers were in and out in one day, leaving us with cleaner healthier water, and less wait time for the water from our hot water heater to reach the bathroom. We have better water pressure as well. Since we had them run a pipe from the city source as well as the inside of our house, there was a small hole around the water meter that had to be filled once the inspector had come out, that was the only part of the job that was left to us and took all of five minutes to do. The drywallers did a great job, were prompt, professional, and got the job done quickly. If I were in need of repiping a home again I would use Repipe Specialists again. I highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with the prompt scheduling for a bid and for the work. The plumbers were very professional and completed work in less than a day. The cost was very reasonable.

My home is close to 50 years old and in very good shape.....except for the plumbing. Half of it was copper and clearly not installed by a "plumber". The other half was galvanized. The galvanized plumbing was so corroded that water pressure was almost non existent. I called Repipe Specialists of Oregon as I had heard that they used Uponor PEX piping which is the best in the business. Also, they do not use crimp fittings to secure the Uponor piping, but the Uponor collars which is vastly superior. In addition, they use the proper spreading tools to enlarge the ends which shrink back to original size. In addition to the interior piping, I had them replace the line from the meter to the house, as it also was about 50 years old and in unknown condition (being under a concrete drive). The estimate was approx what I expected. The gentleman who came to do the estimate answered all my questions - and some I had not thought to ask. On the agreed on date, the crew arrived - to the minute of scheduled time which was 8:00 AM. A walk around was done and the process for the day explained clearly. Proper Covid precautions were adhered to. The carpets and floors were covered well with drop cloths - and they got to work. Estimated completion time was to be 6:00 PM that day. They finished early. The rooms worked in, were as clean as when they started. Minimal dry-wall cutting. The wall patching crew later in the week were just as clean and professional in their work. You could not tell where wall cutting had taken place. I was extremely pleased with the work and product. I would highly recommend Repipe Specialists of Oregon. I look forward to showers with great water pressure! Estimated price was on the spot and was well worth the trouble of having to empty closets and beneath sinks. Now, I have NO WORRIES about potential pipe failure!

There were two separate crews: 1 to replumb, 1 to patch access holes required to replumb Each crew did spectacular work. The replumb lead explained everything they were going to do and offered alternatives that I hadn't thought. Additionally, they planned for the unexpected, but known experienced headaches that could come 5 - 10 years down the line. As the outside water outlets will begin to leak someday and their planning included needing to possibly replace the fixture. This is forward thinking I didn't even think about, but really appreciated. Additionally, I was amazed the how small the holes they made. Me, mine would have been much larger, so it was greatly appreciated to how small they were. And once complete, they walked me through what they did and made sure I was comfortable with their finished product. Second, the sheetrock team to patch the holes. Originally it was planned they would be here the following week, but I got a call and they completed the work the same week as the replumb. This was wonderful. Then the crew that came in, the holes can't be seen. The texturing and patchwork was seamless and next to perfect. The lead here also walked me through what they were going to do and then made sure at the end I was completely satisfied. These two teams compliment one-another perfectly. Would I hire them again, yes, in a heartbeat. They made promises and exceeded all of my expectations 10 fold. They say you get what you pay for, and for me, I got a lot more. I say consider them for your job, I don't think you'll have any regrets, except not having them do it earlier.

The entire crew from the first sales person, the office people, the plumbers, the drywall people, etc were very friendly, helpful and professional. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner and took good care of my home and things while working. I cannot say enough good things about REPIPE specialists.

Alvin Martinez did an amazing job explaining and quoting all aspects of the repairs to be done and we truely appreciate him showing us the quality material that they use. The day of the repipe the crew came to do the job were very professional, explain any questions we had and they took great care to protect our home while doing the repairs and after the repairs did a great job cleaning up. We highly recommend Repipe Specialists and their crews.

We just had the old galvanized pipe in our house replaced by Repipe Specialists. We had the estimate done and a few days later they came in with a team and got the work done in one day. We also had them replace our 20 year water heater and 3 drains. They did a great job and were very polite and careful to maintain social distancing. The price was exactly what we were quoted. The inspection was the next day and was passed with no problems. Good work!

These guys did an amazing job. Completed on time. SO clean and neat. Jason, Jeff and Enrique were great. My Hubby and I stayed at the house while the work was done due to having pets, and I totally enjoyed listening to to interaction between all 3 men. I spent most of the day chuckling. After years of coming home from vacation to find brown water coming from my faucet, having low water pressure, and low sprinkler pressure, it was time to have something done. From the time I first called, it was smooth sailing with Repipe Specialists!! From the initial call, the sales visit and quote, to the crew that came out and did the work, to the ending sheetrock job, everything was done exactly as they said it would be, and on the timeline that they agreed to.The install crew was like a well oiled machine! Each person knew exactly what their responsibility was and went about doing it. Efficiency is a word that comes to mind. I can not tell you how professional every single member was! I can now take a shower with water pressure, water my lawn in areas that were always hard to reach, and my water is clear and tastes good! I can not tell you how highly I recommend this company!! Repipe Specialists came out and bid the job. The agreement I made was for the work to be completed without patching wall in dining room. I was told that an electrician might need to come out and repair a grounding wire and that this would cost an additional 250 dollars. I was fine with that. When workers came to the house they said that they needed to cut into the wall behind the sink and that they would patch the wall but that I would need to tile. I said that this was fine. After work was finished they did not bring in an electrician or patch the wall behind the sink...which when the inspector came out said that this did not pass inspection. I asked the city whose responsibility it was to do work so that it would pass inspection. They said the contractor who took out the license which was Forthright Construction. When I called Forthright Deanna was very nice. She would leave messages for the plumber in charge. He wouldn’t call me back. Finally he came out looked at the work and told me that it was my problem. I thought that they would leave the job in a condition to pass inspection.

Working with Repipe Specialists was a great experience. The entire process from start to finish was seamless. The employees were knowledgeable, respectful and on time. I would definitely hire Repipe Specialists again!

Had 20 year old CPVC that was experiencing leaks at joints and very brittle, replaced with PEX pipe. This was a 2400sq foot 2 story with three bathrooms. The contractor (True Blue Plumbing) was very courteous and prompt. They contacted me ahead of the job and let me know what to expect. On the day of the repipe a 6 person crew showed up and got to work laying down protective covers and the foreman did a walk through with me to find all the fixtures and to show me where they may need access. The whole job took one day for the repipe and they cleaned up after. The drywall sub did a great job of patching and texturing all walls including some difficult replacement drywall. Took a day and a half for the drywall but that was a single person doing the job. Overall it was a good experience and I am pleased with how it turned out.

The work was done efficiently according to schedule. Greg knew exactly what he was doing and answered all of my questions clearly and in layman's terms. He told me what to expect when the job was done.He and two other guys dug the hole by the meter, and by using the boring machine they drilled the channel right to the basement crawl space and then inside the basement. It was really interesting to watch. All I have to do now is get the ground that Greg told me about.. At this point I have vastly improved water pressure and volume and am so glad I called Repipe Specialists

At first it appeared everything went well. However, when I turned on the water I found that I had low water pressure. I called them back and somebody came out and fixed the problem. When he was out, I showed him all the dirt that wasn't replaced after putting the main water line in. He pushed some dirt in the hole and said it will fill in, and then left. I then noticed that the hot water in the downstairs bathroom was warm and not hot. It was apparent that the new faucet they put in was defective. I called repipe again and explained the problem. They told me I had to call Deta because it's their fixture. I called Deta and a women read a note that explained how to fix the issue. Obviously that didn't work. And then the city came out to read my meter. They asked me if I recently had work done on my water line. I explained to him I had my house repiped and I wasn't happy. He then told me that my water meter casing was broken and my water meter was put in BACKWARDS. I called repipe back and explained the issue to them. They told me that their not supposed to touch the water meter and said the city will probably fix it. I was so ****** I hung up on him. The next day the city came out and replaced the water meter casing and turned the water meter around. ( I hope I don't get charged for it) everything was subcontracted!

This was one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had. All phases of this project went very smoothly and exactly as scheduled. The work was done in one day. And importantly for me, from the beginning to the end there was comprehensive communication and I was treated with courtesy and respect throughout the process.

Work was first-rate. Plumbers were professional, efficient and thorough, on-time and on-budget. Our only concern was that the price was not less than other plumbers as advertised. In fact it wasn't the lowest bid, which was a couple hundred lower. We went with Repipe Specialists, however, because of the clear, detailed explanation of work and their ability to select plumbing companies with high standards. Repipe Specialists is not a plumbing company. It is a front-end estimator and broker for local plumbing companies selected by them. This two-step process is an unusual business model. Frankly, we weren't sure why a high-quality plumbing company would be willing to pay for the front-end services. It means, however, that the estimating and quality supervision is done by Repipe Specialists, who are experts in those valuable services, and the plumbers are able to focus on their area of expertise: plumbing, so overall the plumbing company saves time and gains leads. This is a once-in-a-lifetime project for us. We went with quality over cost, and we got our money's worth.

Could not be happier with the total experience. The only delay we had was with the City of Salem inspector and that is completely out of the hands of the plumbing company. They exceeded our expectations in every way and we would highly recommend Repipe Specialists to anyone needing their services.

We have had three projects done by Repipe Specialists (two with the Oregon franchise and one with a California franchisee). We were extremely satisfied with three projects. All the work was performed on time and in a very professional and exacting manner. The workman were very knowledgeable and professional. On-site supervisors were extremely accommodating for last minute changes and adjustments. They cleaned up the worksite and did not damage anything during their work efforts. These projects have been the the best contractor performed projects that we have had in over 45 years of projects. I have been very happy to recommend Repipe Specialists to anyone interesting in repiping.

I couldn't be happier with the work performed or the final outcome. The plumbers were excellent and well organized! Sent me a email of what exactly the process would be and a checklist of what I needed to do before hand. They showed up exactly as scheduled and completed the work and cleaned up in one day. Super nice guys and very perfessional. Inspection was scheduled for the following day and drywall repairs happened right after that. All-in-all a very positive experience.

Called these guys and got a quote within a couple of days. Pulled the trigger and had the house re-pipe scheduled and done within a month. The installers did a great job and worked around our family. They were in and out in a day and a half.
