Description of Work: Ed has worked for us several times on our very cranky business (POS) system. He has retrieved lost data, resurrected a mailing list, advised us on how to get the computer manufacturer to support our warrantee, and has in general been our miracle man numerous times.

+ -1 moreED, THE TECHNICIAN, WAS ON TIME. HE SPENT TIME WITH ME EXPLAINING THE PROBLEMS AND WHAT COURSE OF ACTION HE WOULD RECOMMEND TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS. HE DID A GOOD JOB.
Description of Work: THEY REMOVED A VIRUS AND REBOOTED THE COMPUTER. THEY REMOVED SOME SPYWARE. THEY REMOVED SOME OLD PROGRAMS.
