 + -1 moreThey haven't done the work yet. I paid an deposit. They won't be able to get to it for another couple of weeks. The estimate was free. I wound of only getting one or two prices, so I can't say. They are busy. It was a little slow. They were doing the best the could do. They were busy. It was well attended.
Description of Work: They have given me an estimate for bathroom remodeling.

 + -1 moreThe projects went pretty well overall. Steve kept us informed of the schedule and how the work would go. He notified us in a timely fashion when schedule slippage occurred. Most of the schedule slippage was due to our change orders. Steve was very patient and managed the changes to project scope very well. We are very pleased with the end result.
Description of Work: We had two structures in our yard built: an outbuilding on a concrete pad, with insulation, power and lots of windows. We call that our greenhouse. We also had a patio with a covering built to place the hot tub in. Steve arranged for the concrete to be poured and performed much of the construction of the two structures himself. On the greenhouse, he incorporated used windows and doors that we found at the Rebuilding Center. In addition to these two structures, Steve worked with us and our designer on plans for a remodeling project to the house. He provided estimates and technical assistance to our designer and we came up with some great plans for expanding our kitchen, moving a stairwell and expanding the upstairs and adding another bathroom. Unfortunately we cannot afford to move forward with those plans right now so we have that on hold. But Steve helped us to arrive at a great design for the house.
