Excellent! They are so professional, and took care to plan around rainy weather working efficiently under the eaves to keep things moving fast so our 1,800 sq ft home was done within a week despite frequent rains. The house looks fantastic because they scrapped, taped and prepped so well - carefully hand scrapped when needed instead of power washing. No over spray on concrete, windows or doors and no missing paint - they are very careful to do a good job. They even had a brick facade to work around in front, and caught many little details I noticed later. When issues were found, they always checked with me and helped me make informed decisions. The job was done late October so we were worried about the wet weather, but Billy (William, the owner) reassured us it would work out, and it did. They even finished on a Saturday am to work with the weather...amazing. The paint has held up very well against the rains and winds this winter. Plus the owner is there working and helping his crew the whole time, very good at making sure everything is done right, nothing is missed (high quality), and work keeps going, At the same time, Billy and his crew have a lot of fun together. They enjoy listening to music and making jokes. I was there the whole time, and the crew was a real pleasure to have working around the house. We highly recommend them! By the way, the eye popping green color was our choice, not theirs, and we love it every day.

They started Feb 27th and ended March 6th. Extremely good at spray painting in a historic home requiring oil base paint.

Billy gives thorough and accurate bids. The only time he's done a change-order was when I wanted to add something to the project. He is quick, keeps to his schedule, and is always on time. I never had to wonder when he would show up, or when the job would get done. He came highly recommended to me from some friends, and I now recommend Reliance to my friends.
