Description of Work: He replaced the interface in my washer. The labor was $127 and cost for the interface was $325. It took but a few minutes but the cost was quite heavy. I agreed to it because I had no choice.

 + -1 moreI have used Reliable in the past and turn to them when my washer or dryer act up. I am a single mom with three teenagers and do what I can to limit expenses. The washer and dryer are 15 years old and are in almost daily use. When either one of them act up, I turn to You Tube for video instructions on how to repair the problem and to Reliable Parts for the parts I need and expert advise on how to install them. They have never failed me and the price is competitive to buying on line. They treat me with respect and I feel I can trust them to help me complete my repair project as efficiently as possible. A couple months ago, the dryer ran, but did not heat up. The tested the parts I brought in to make sure I only replaced what was necessary. They even taught me how to use a volt ohm meter!

 + -1 moreThe main company who I bought the oven from no longer produced the part that was needed to fix it, so I called Reliable. The operator said that she found a the part on sale from a company in Hawaii, and that I would receive the part in a week by mail. They were able to give me the price on the part, which was very reasonable, but they didn't have an estimate on the shipping cost.
Description of Work: My very old 1970's oven broke and they were able to find a part to fix it for me.
