Overall it went really well. The movers were great. I would hire again. If I could knitpick it would be getting charged for materials being used such as tape. Also if the movers box anything for you or use a bag for a mattress you are responsible for disposing of the materials. Not the movers. Also I understand it’s a rigorous job but there was a little neglect in mask wearing.

Move went smoothly, great communication with team. Each step explained clearly. Offered a lot of convenience services.

Worse movers we have ever had, and we have moved a ton in the last few years. They were the slowest workers and seemed to have no motivation. Very disorganized, we had to replace a toddler bed due to the fact they lost all the hardware and just left after saying they would look for it. They broke a couch and several pieces in boxes. Most furniture and boxes were in different locations from what we asked for. The over charged us by hundreds and secretly charged us and quickly left after I had questions about the bill. They were incredibly sexist and refused to talk to me and asked to talk to my husband instead. The only reason I am not giving them an F and a hard D- is that they did work with a fraction of a refund for terrible service, but did refuse to compensate for the couch. Please do NOT hire these people.

I would definitely hire them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. From the estimate, to loading the truck, to the 3 months in storage, to unloading the truck, everyone we encountered was knowledgeable and professional. Nothing was damaged and nothing was lost. Excellent service from beginning to end.

It has been a very long time since I used the services of this company, but it is better late than never! I hired these folks just about two years ago, to move both a home and an apartment in Gladstone, in the same truck, to one location. It was a long day, they began at the house, then picked up the apartment items and were able to fit it all in one truckload. We then headed to the new home in Redland, where it was all unloaded and placed in the designated rooms. spread out between two levels and a loft, with some challenging stairs and maneuvering. This was a team of three guys, and they worked nonstop, to ensure that we were taken care of. This was no small feat. They were extremely good at what they did, taking care with the things that needed attending to, and packing and prioritizing very effectively, utilizing all the space that we had. I was extremely impressed, and the cost was far more reasonable than any other company! I gave them each a $ tip for working a 10 hour day to get the job done. We could not have done it without them and their expertise. The team was Joel, Josh, and Anthony. THANK YOU!

Such a great experience! Super responsive and communication was excellent from getting a quote through end of the move. The crew (Trey, Armando and Ron) were absolutely fantastic! They moved so quickly and took care with all of our stuff. We had some really heavy items and big pieces of furniture and they did an amazing job with all of it and were super professional, friendly and polite! Could not recommend enough! Worth every single penny plus some!

Redefyne was prompt in responding to my request for a bid, quick to schedule a convenient time, on time to the move site, efficient with the move, and friendly throughout! What more could you want?!?

Got my repeat business for home move. I used them 2 years ago and they were great. This second move went just as well. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Was an awful experience they were too weak to lift furniture so the pushed heavy furniture and scratched floors. Broke TV hutch. Tracked in mud and ruined Two floor rugs. They argued w each other. They double wrapped everything which took forever to move one price of furniture- when it came time to unwrap they didn’t have a knife so they tried to break the tape w their hands and couldn’t break it until about the fifth try which took awhile keep in mind I’m paying by the hour. They didn’t want to lift things to put in certain rooms so I had to convince them to put it upstairs. So terrible, the most awful experience ever

It went very well, the guys were very experienced and covered everything, no chance of a dent or scratch anywhere. On time and very affordable, friendly and able to hold a conversation while continuing to work on getting the job done fast. Was able to make changes to the requested work and continue on without issue. Well done guys.

In to storage until our new house is built. I hope I get Miguel and his team for my move in!

We got started a little late due to a mechanical problem with their truck that day, but the office called me to let me know the crew was delayed. Once they arrived they were very efficient in wrapping everything (absolutely no damage found at all!!), loading the truck, and then also moving some furniture items downstairs (these were items that were staying behind but that needed to be relocated in the old home). I was somewhat worried that we would go past the end of our freight elevator reservation time at the condo, but the movers were so efficient that we ended right on schedule. Would definitely recommend Redefyne!

Miguel, Derek, and Alex were all very courteous, helpful, and responsive. I had them move furniture to and from almost every room of my house as we were moving into a new bedroom suite that we had just finished building. They were careful with all of our possessions and very polite, even when I ask them to re-position things a couple of times. They completed all of the work within a two hour time period. Miguel had a broken wrist but was obviously training Derek and Alex. He was very clear in his instructions and they were very responsive. Good team.

Speedy and professional. Took care to pack and protect breakable items. wrapped furniture in moving blankets. Placed items where we asked them at new home. Great team.

Perfect! I. Sorry I don’t remember the driver’s name, because he remembered me, our home, and where our belongings went! They were prompt, very careful, seemed to enjoy the job, and I could not have been more pleased. Would absolutely hire them again!

Went great! The two movers, Kevin and Miguel were on time and hustling the entire time. The apartment was on the 3rd floor with a narrow staircase, so it was a bit of a difficult move. The guys handled it like it was a walk in the park. All my belongings were treated with care and respect. Kevin and Miguel were very friendly and communicative. I have never hired a moving company before, but will certainly hire Redefyne Moving again when the need arises!! Thanks

Communication was good regarding arrival time, and they arrived ready to work hard... which they did. They moved everything to the locations we wrote on the boxes, and asked if they were unsure where to put something. They even offered to move anything that was put in the wrong place, but that wasn't even necessary. Overall a very good experience.

I needed help clearing up some space in my home. I had them rearrange furniture and take some things back to their storage. The team was on time and very professional and mindful of my needs.

Things went very well. We moved from a house to an apartment and then moved things into to their storage units. We plan to pass the company info over to our friends.

They have stored our home for almost a year. We have recently hired them again to pack, move, all of our things from their storage and our home in Portland, all the way down to Bend. Great work team! Thanks Again!!!

These guys are the best. They performed everything that was asked and more. My husband is disabled and they were so courteous and respectful of him. The price was excellent because we were given much higher estimates from other companies. I would hire them again without question.

I hired Redefyne as I had injured my leg and couldn't actually carry any boxes at all! We really appreciated Joel and Andy. We felt they treated us (and our stuff) with solicitous care and concern. They were hard-working, fast, and thorough and we couldn't be happier. We'll definitely think of them in the future when we need moving help.

Beware!!!! Aaron Schuller, owner of Redefyne Moving and Storage was very reassuring that he would move our things and keep them safe! Wrong!!!! They lost 5 large boxes and one wardrobe and two antique chairs which were temporarily in their storage facility only to return them to us 4 months later after swearing up and down they did not have them. We had to replace many of the items by then and they refused to reimburse us for any of that loss! That was only the beginning!!! They damaged many of our pieces of furniture and accessories. They used people that they were "training" on our job. Our move wound up to be approx $11,000.00, in and out of their storage and moving us 3 and 1/2 hours away. We paid them over $900.00 for extra insurance over and above the normal moving insurance. They broke and scratched a beautiful inlaid mahogany table, broke a handle off of our Ethan Allen 7 drawer dresser, left huge scratches on our 52' by 37' gold leaf mirror and broke the feet off of a large statue we have had for years and I could go on. They have offered to settle for a little over $700.00 which is insulting considering our loss for broken glass items, furniture repairs etc will be $2,997.43 and $255.00 for broken items. They have not settled and refuse to answer letters, phone calls, emails etc. This has been going on for over a year! We contacted the DOJ of Oregon, they could not help us and suggested small claims court etc. So I guess that is our next step!
