The team was extremely professional, courteous and went above and beyond. Very flexible and willing to work with me through changes. I couldn’t recommend enough.

The movers were amazing and very mindful of taking good care of our belongings. They wrapped everything, stayed masked while moving items in and out of the house, and communicated with me regularly throughout the whole process. I cannot speak highly enough of the 3 gentlemen who did the work. The issue we had was with the company as the individual we had worked with consistently to book the movers left the agency and didn’t tell us, nor did anyone from the agency seem to know and pick up where they left off. It took us calling several times to figure out how to finalize everything as our closing dates shifted which pushed our moving dates out as well. The cost was high, however, we needed the help with our big items including a piano and Peloton treadmill.

Terrible. The promised to be there by 9:45 a.m. I took the day off as did one of my two sisters to be there. They called that morning saying the truck and crew had not unloaded from the day before so would be "a little" late. They called again saying they would be there at 11:00. My two sisters and I [all in our 60s] had to move a chest freezer, a washer and a dryer out of the house ourselves for a 10:30 pickup. They called against and said they would now be there between 11:30 and noon. At 12:10 they were not there and had not bothered to call. I called and was told the truck was on its way and then they corrected themselves and said the crew just went to lunch and would text when they were on their way. At 12:30 we got a text saying they were an hour away. I can drive to Salem in an hour. They finally arrived after 1:30--four hours late. Both my sister and I lost a half day of work. They kept saying, what are we supposed to do, our other customer needs his stuff and our crew needs to eat. The answer is they should not have taken a job they could not complete when promised. They knew the night before of the issue but never called to give us the option to reschedule. Very unprofessional. I asked to have the owner call me; they said they would but of course that did not happen either. If I ran my business the way they do I would be out of business.

If I could give them 6 stars I would! Professional, prompt, hard-working...every aspect of this job was six stars! The communication was first rate.

Our movers were fantastic from beginning to end. All three men were respectful of us and our belongings, very hard-working, skilled at caring for and loading our furniture and the myriad of things we were taking. Besides that, they were light-hearted and fun to banter with. Couldn’t be more satisfied!

Best move we've ever done. Miguel and his crew were exceptional in their speed, precision, quality of packing and care in loading/unloading. Stephen and Jeff in the office were very thorough and friendly in planning the move.

Dustin, Alex, & Jesse did a great job moving my family from Portland to our new home in Silverton. They were professional and friendly which made a stressful time much easier. They were extremely careful with our home furnishings and were always asking if there was anything else they could move. I’d absolutely recommend them.

Robert and Alex were great! It was a big job with a lot of heavy furniture, and between steep stairs and narrow doorways, they had to do a lot of problem-solving. And they were super sweet to the pupper. :)

Service was excellent and professional from start to finish. The crew arrived at scheduled time, put down protective barrier inside and on outdoor walkways, and efficiently wrapped and loaded each piece of furniture, with no damage to house or contents despite heavy rain. He resolved a minor misunderstanding in one quick phone call, was gracious and polite and listened well. Jim, Jordan, and Thor were very efficient and professional throughout. They were very nice guys and were a pleasure to work with!

They did an amazing job! During the pandemic I was worried about having to hire movers but these guys came in and pack our stuff and moved it no problems. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Excellent service, from start to finish. Everyone I worked with was friendly, professional, and efficient. The moving crew were fantastic, careful and hard working.

Charged me for 9.5 hours to move 1 truck load 2.5 miles. All belongings were packed and clearly marked. Took 3 guys over 5 hours to load the truck. We had to get ahold of everyone we could to go over and help move because we had to be out if the house. They dented and scratched my brand new dryer and I have found several broken items. I have called and emailed and no one sill get back to me. Worst moving experience ever! Picture was taken after they had been there for 4 hours, not even halfway loaded.
