Description of Work: We've hired moving companies in the past and hand a pretty good idea of what to expect from one. However, they arrived 2.5 hours late which meant moving late into the night. The receptionist did stay in contact with me the entire time which was courteous, but they had a two-hour window of time to arrive and were still late. They also charged us for needing to bring in a third guy to unload because it was so late at night. The guys were nice enough, but the least I could expect was arriving somewhat on time and not charging me for something out of my hands. Also, everything was moved intact and nothing was broken and we were only moving about 5 miles away.

Description of Work: A great moving experience, from the initial phone contact with Aaron, to scheduling to the actual move. Carl and his assistant showed up on time, evaluated the job,and got to work!! Fast, efficient, professional, careful,and personable. Once at the new residence, they unloaded the truck, helped place the furniture, and were gone in under the estimated time. An unbelievable service at a very fair price by two great guys. Would definitely hire again and recommend to all.

Description of Work: I contacted the company through the Angie list email and when I did not receive a call back the next day; I called the company directly because I am on a short time line for setting up services for a pack and move. I left a message and called back the next morning because I was available to talk at that time. I spoke with the office and was told that they would not be able to come out to give me an estimate for 3 weeks because only the owner gave the estimate and was gone.

Description of Work: They arrived early and worked till extremely hard. These guys moved the contents of my 1700 sq foot house in no time. Great guys, overall great company. Professional attitudes, quick and very nice guys. I intend to use them again in the future!

Description of Work: I had a very good experience with Re-Defyne. I used them for packing loading and moving. They packed in much less time than I expected. They never slowed down and just kept moving to get my things into the three destinations they needed to go. I was out of town, and had a friend there to supervise, and everything happened just like they told me only faster. I would definately use them and again and recommend them to anyone. Barbara
