Description of Work: I have used Robert to install an HE furnace in my house, my brother's house and 4 units in our apartment building. He has also provided service to an existing furnace, attaching new ducting and thermostats. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. He's always been there when I've needed him, with either information or service.

+ -1 moreVery quick install once we decided on what we wanted. RCG presented a number of options to chose from to provide an energy efficient solution. We had RCG replace our gas furnace and electronic air cleaner. The furnace was a 95% efficient one so it required some additional duct work, electrical and plumbing. Since they are certified in HVAC they had the Electrical work done buy a certified electrician. All up and running in one day. Passed inspection with flying colors. The invoice was prepared in detail to meet the standards required to apply for appropriate energy incentive credits (very important for our decision to proceed with the project at this time) Very fair pricing for what we wanted done.

Description of Work: Requested an estimate for new furnace installation. RCG provided an estimate for the work and proposed a creative solution to a tricky heating vent issue.
