We talked a lot before he started about what materials would be used and what would be done. He completed the project just as described and in a professional manner. I trust his judgement but he was very good about communicating any issues that came up or any small changes that need to be made from our initial discussion. (such as pergola slope angle change or problems encountered when uncovering my homes old siding) He structures his bill based on time and materials which I think is a very fair way to do it and he was very reasonably priced but used top quality materials which I asked for. I would definitely trust him on my next house project.

Jonathan has done a number of jobs for me. He met with me to gain an idea of what I had in mind. We modified the plan as the project proceeded without problem. He even made adjustments after the job was essentially done.
