+ 0 moreHamid is very professional, detail-oriented and takes pride in his work. Our rental roof is in much shape since he started keeping it clean and the moss killed. He is punctual, kind and efficient. I cannot say that I've ever worked with a nicer man. When he is busy, he is not always able to return your phone call that day, but he's always called me back within 24 hours.

And he returned one day later to complete the work. He was highly professional, informative, energetic, and thorough. The work was completed within two hours and the area around the house completed cleaned. The work was done promptly, thoroughly, and professionally. I'll definitely use the company again!

He was very detail oriented, and his quality of work showed. He was very friendly, and I would highly recommend this company to others. I plan to use them going forward for annual services of pressure washing, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning.

+ 0 moreThey did a really good job. Hamid was very meticulous and the price was reasonable. He did a great job with the windows and he has been out for the gutters in the past as well. We will definitely use them again. The property is left immaculate when he leaves and the windows sparkle nicely. We have a long perimeter and the price for the gutters in the past has been reasonable.
Description of Work: They did window cleaning most recently and he spent about 3 in a half hours on that as we have a lot of windows. He actually washes and rinses the windows individually. They have done gutter cleaning in the past.

+ -1 moreThe work went great as usual. I called a couple of weeks in advance to get in queue, then was called a couple days before the work was to be done. I was then called the day of scheduling with a heads up that he would start around noon due to freezing conditions that morning. Work was completed that afternoon with all the mess cleaned up perfectly.

+ 0 moreWe scheduled the work to be done less than a week in advance. Hamid came promptly at the scheduled time and went straight to work. He carefully pressure washed our huge wraparound deck with great care not to damage the cedar boards. He then went over the area again with a less powerful spray to clean the remaining debris. After finishing that job he sanded and touch up painted some woodpecker damaged siding that he had repaired last fall. The deck turned out almost as new. And the touch up painted areas looked great too!

+ -1 moreHamid did an outstanding job on every task that we asked him to do. Our house is 3 stories tucked into a very steep hillside with a 12/12 pitched roof. Just getting to the areas to be cleaned is a major undertaking. On the downside of the house, the roof is around 35ft. high. Much of the work had to be done with a safety harness and rope. Hamid is extremely conscientious about the quality of his work, as was his predecessor Jai Dev. Hamid always shows up on time, calls to confirm appointments, and puts in a very hard full days work. That is why we have been using Racine Property Service for over 15 years.
Description of Work: -Complete moss and debris removal and preventative treatment of roof. -Complete gutter cleaning including pressure washing dirt and moss from the exteriors of all gutters. -Washing of 31 windows and 4 doors. -Pressure washing moss from siding. -Pressure washing deck areas, hand railing, retaining walls, etc. -Pressure washing and power blowing driveway.

+ 0 moreCalled several contractors. This contractor was the least expensive (I was amazed at the range of price quotes I received - from $250 to $1000). I liked the conversation I had with the sales person on the phone, and the reviews, so I went with them to do the work . They reported on the day and time promised and completed the work within a few hours. Looked great - like new! Very pleased with the work. Cleaned up after themselves very well. Great experience. iI will have them back each year for this service. Totally worth it.
Description of Work: Our home is surrounded by 7 large birch trees - the roof and gutters were very dirty and there was lots of moss on the roof. They cleaned our roof and gutters and treated the roof for moss control. Looked great when they were done.

+ 0 moreThey showed up when they said they would, removed all the leaves and needles from the roof and gutters, and didn't forget tp pick up the debris from the decks and ground around the house. Very good work, at a decent price.
Description of Work: Our house is surrounded by very tall trees, and thus, by the start of autumn the roof is covered by, and the gutters are full of debris: leaves and needles, needles, needles. I'm too old to go on the roof (my wife won't allow it!), so, I hired Racine Property Services to do it.

Description of Work: Our home has a complex roofline that is steeply gabled, with large sections that are frequently shaded. We had a signficant problem with moss. Plus many high gutters that were in desperate need of cleaning, but well beyond our ability to handle. We contacted Racine Property Service, based on their excellent Angie List reviews, to address these problems. Their worker, Hamid, was simply fantastic! Such a hard worker. He arrived at about 8:00 am on a warm summer morning and was still hard at work when I arrived home at about 6:30 pm. He came back the next day and finished the job. Our roof is clean enough to eat off of and all gutters are free of debris! The roof was also treated for moss control. Hamid was exceptionally professional - he completed the assignment thoroughly and took the time to explain to us the extent of the work and related roof treatment.

+ -1 moreHe said that he would have to wait until the weather was nicer to do the job. After over a month, he called to schedule an appointment. I called him back and asked him to come to the house to do the job. I also, asked if the 10% coupon would still be valid. It was valid when I set up our initial appointment. I never heard from him. I guess he didn't want to honor the discount. So here we are two month later with a roof that is in worse shape. This is the second time a highly rated Angie's list business has done this to me. It makes me want to cancel my membership.

+ 0 moreDue to the nature of the weather, we left the start date flexible. JaiDev contacted me to say he would begin work on the following day. He personally cleaned the roof and gutters. During the process a roof tile was broken which he reported to me. He replaced the tile and repaired another cracked tile. I was impressed as he could have chosen not to report the breakage and I wouldn't have been the wiser until problems showed up. I appreciate his integrity. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend him to others.
Description of Work: I contracted with Racine Property Services based on recommendations from Angie's List. JaiDev responded promptly to my request for a bid. He arrived as scheduled, did a thorough inspection of the roof and gave me a price on the spot.
