Came on time, did the job well and charged a reasonable price.

The owner Chris was very responsive to my calls to set up the estimate and carpet/hardwood floor cleanings. He did an excellent job on all floors and carpets in our home, and his fees are reasonable. He was able to work within our tight schedule to get the job done. Would definitely recommend!

My furniture was only lightly soiled, but the cleaning really made it look a lot better.

They were the only ones who came out. They did well.

One day before the owner came to work, he told me he would come alone himself to move furniture and steam clean the whole area within 2 hours. I figured out it is impossible to complete all jobs by himself in 2 hours frame, therefore I spent 5 hours by myself to move 90% furniture to bathrooms and kitchen to get ready for his work. In the morning he came on time, and with 2 extra helpers who I did not expect. These 2 helpers are amateurs under his supervision and they all 3 completed the work.. In the following 48 hours - daytime temperature was 85 F. , I found the carpet still had moisture plus the whole light beige color carpet turned out a little bit grey and dull. I emailed him a list of my disatisfactions, and he responded quickly to come my house to discuss the problems. He refunded my payment right at the spot, and I am happy about his attitude. However I hired and paid a similar amount fee to another steam clean company to satisfy my expectation.

Chris Boston arrived on time & evaluated the carpet needs for my selected areas in my home. As listed, the job included family room (really bad shape), stairs, landing, master bedroom. Also stretching the living room carpet to get the warping smoothed. Chris provided the cost before the start. (Very reasonable) He was very professional, easy to discuss the job with, efficient, and the results were excellent. (And the results far exceeded previous attempts from other companies. ) Pro-Tech Cleaning is definitely on my call back list.

We have two dogs and these pieces of furnitue have become quite dirty over the past 8 years we have had them. Pro-Tech called and said they could come early.. They arrived at 11am covered their shoes and got right to work. Chris estimated the work to takewo hours and they finished in about 90 minutes. The furniture is now almost as clean as new and we are delighted by the service we were provided.

Chris was very well-organized and knowledgeable about the care of a wide array of textiles, including ones that I have typically been told are difficult or exceedingly expensive to clean. We had spilled beer and had other dog stains on our 2 year old velvet cotton sofa, which I thought would be very difficult to clean without leaving it looking different than before the stains happened. Chris was very confident in his ability to take care of it, and described the process to me in detail beforehand which made me feel comfortable with having him clean it. It looked great afterward and there is no trace of any chemical odor or change in texture or color to the fabric. The fabric dried within 1 day. He also cleaned spots left by chemical products that accidentally spilled on our almost new light beige 100% wool wall-to-wall carpet, and it looked great. Another area rug had a dog vomit stain that I could never get out completely, and he was nice enough to take care of this as well during his trip to our house. I was very impressed with his knowledge and education about textile cleaning. He gave us a very reasonable estimate for cleaning the whole wall to wall carpet area (100% wool), and we will definitely contact him when we are ready for carpet cleaning or if any stains occur.

BECAUSE THE WORK WAS DONE IN OREGON AND WE LIVE IN TEXAS, WE HAVE NOT PERSONALLY INSPECTED THE WORK OURSELVES.

Chris was great. He also walked through maintenance; I had read that we would need to annual stripping and resealing, but he had a more moderate view (every few years, as needed). He was also patient with the two small dogs we have, and talked through options (at my request) for polishing up our wood floors down the road. And he took care to lay down a drop cloth from the front door to the kitchen. We have a tiny kitchen of about 100SF, so we paid the minimum service charge of $125. Buffing in the future to bring back the shine was quoted at $60. Future stripping and resealing at $125 - all very reasonable and less than I expected after reading about VCT (a commercial product) maintenance on home renovation forums.

The technician showed up at the scheduled appointment time. Upon stepping into the house, he immediately removed his shoes and began asking about the history of the carpet and what types of pets we had, what type of vacuum did we use and how we typically cleaned the carpet when there was an accident. He took measurements and checked some spots on the carpet and vacuumed the entire house. After completing the vacuuming, he discussed a couple spots where the carpet was stained. He took the time to explain the value of cleaning stains right away rather than having the stain set in the carpet material. He suggested a couple simple cleaning solutions we might use in the future. He then shampooed the carpets thoroughly. I recall he was in and out of our home in about three hours. He was informative and we learned some things about carpets we hadn't considered. He worked efficiently and quietly. Always knocking and removing his shoes when entering our home. Clearly providing a services is important to this company. My wife and I feel we have found the company we will now have clean and maintain our carpets. We felt we definitely received the service we paid for. We highly recommend this company.

Some spots reappeared after the carpet dried. Chris came back and used another treatment on them. I'm impressed.

Chris treated us like friends or family members. We were very upset when our cat peed on the fancy leather couch, and Chris reassured us that it can be cleaned, treated it immediately and came back several time to get rid of the smell. I am very grateful to him for service and support, and would happily recommend him to anyone who needs help.

The price for the service was very fair. The technician cleaned the floors and removed scuffs and dirt which after 6 years, was becoming more and more difficult to clean in our kitchen. They then waxed and shined the floor. It was a very fast process and our floors like great. They look similar to how they looked when we first moved into our house. It took quite a bit of a search to find a company that cleaned and shined hardwoods. Most companies just refinish which is not what we needed. We will definetly use them again.

It was great -- I can't believe how good my chairs looked when he was done with them. I was ready to get rid of them because I didn't think he could get all of the stains out. But they look great now. As always, he does a great job with the carpets as well.

Chris was very professional, punctual and diligent. He came out 2x to make sure the job was complete. I called him again for some additional water damage that was not initially seen. He re-did one of the sofas and cleaned the new items. I would use him again for sure!

They did a good job. They were on time and very professional. The carpet looks great. The guy moved everything by himself; he didn?t ask me for any help. I will use them again in the future.

We are very happy. We have worked with him a bunch of times over the years. We always call him whenever there are any carpet stains that come up. He is very punctual, very on top of things, and very good about keeping our budget in mind.

My son went away to college and the carpet in his room was really dirty. He had a dog and there were stains all over it from the dog. They were very good and they cleaned it perfectly - they got every single stain out. In fact, my son had spilt a little bit of glue on one spot and they clipped out the fibers and put new fibers in; you can?t even see the spot. They did a really good job. The price was in line with everyone else I?ve ever used. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.

He is an owner/operator type of person. He is a local operator who is very small. He was good and really professional. He was very efficient and was in and out quickly. We found him to be really helpful too. He had given us an estimate for another job for which we didn?t hire him as it was a bit too expensive.

They were both made out of wool and they were able to do a beautiful job. He was very professional and has good equipment. It's amazing the job he did. I thought his price was reasonable as well. He even delivered the rugs to me without asking, without a charge - even though I live quite a ways out.

We have been calling Chris for years since he managed to patch an area of carpet that was accidentally dyed red several years ago. He is fantastic, honest, incredibly good at his job and can remove almost any stain, or will be honest about the fact that it might be better/cheaper to replace an area of carpet rather than pay him for stain cleaning. In this latest job, he was prompt, efficient, and thorough. We called him back for another job to polish our hardwood floors after that. We will always call Pro-Tech for our carpet cleaning needs.

Our carpets were last cleaned about 15 mos. ago, so they definitely needed it. The estimate was given at the time of the appt. Very clear "cafeteria style" pricing. (Stairs are $3 each, stretching the carpet is an extra $75, Scotchgard, etc). He was very prompt, flexible (I had to start a bit late due to a doctor's appt., so I called his cell phone as I drove home), and quite gracious ("you didn't have to move the lamps, I told you that I could do all that!"). His equipment is powerful and he has a big portable fan to help the carpet dry faster, so we could walk on the carpet the same day it was cleaned. I was particularly glad that he could stretch the carpet (most other companies told me I would have to call a separate carpet installation service). Good explanations about why the stains accumulated and how to prevent them in the future. Pricing was not cheap but quite fair, honest, and no surprises.
