Overall, I cancelled the service after multiple months of decent cleanings. Routinely they did not wipe down various counter tops or dust furniture. Intermittently forgot to even touch the small laundry room. The owner responded quickly to my concerns/issues (via email) each time but the mediocre cleaning simply did not improve. I have a dog which brings in dust/dirt all the time and sheds hair. I am looking for a little more attention to the details.

I had Pristine out to clean the carpet of a room a rabbit had lived in, the basement/family room, full flight of stairs and an office. They did a great job getting out the pet stains, gum and a rust stain. The rugs didn't smell at all afterwards and dried quickly and they look great! Matt came out with Patrick and Amanda who did the work quickly and professionally. I'd recommend them and will use them again when necessary.

My house sparkled after they finished. I can't wait to have them back again!

Not well!

Matthew the owner was great in the scheduling. Very flexible on a last minute change on our part. On the clean day the cleaners were late. Matthew did send over an extra cleaner to assist since they were late which was appreciated since we had a very tight deadline. The quality of the job is why I am giving a C. They did ask if everything was ok but they were all packed up and standing at the door. On the surface it looked ok and If it was just a surface clean then it was acceptable. This was supposed to be a deep clean. It was not. The front door and back was not cleaned at all. Spider webs on the porches were not touched. The lightning fixtures in the kitchen were not cleaned. The dishwasher I took a photo of because the bottom of it was not touched. I would call this a "wipe down" clean and not a "move out" clean.

These guys are pros. They do a great job, and they use non-toxic cleaning supplies. They are also very friendly and professional. we like them so much that we have them clean our house every two weeks!

My house is always so clean now! The cleaners that work at my house do such a thorough job and are always professional and pleasant to work with. I love that they use natural cleaners versus chemical cleaners, especially since I'm sensitive to strong fragrances. My house shines top to bottom when they come out and I've always been pleased with the customer service and responsiveness when I've needed something more or needed to reschedule.

They responded in a timely manner and I had decided I wasn't going in that direction. What I found curious was, and I don't know if I can assign this to them, however, shortly after I declined service I received a pornographic ad for housecleaners! Yuck. It just seemed very odd, the timing.....

Nick was the carpet cleaner. He spent more time than required--worked incredibly hard and gave me helpful information about keeping my carpets in shape between professional cleanings. Nick worked effectively and incredibly hard, and he was extremely pleasant and professional. Highly recommended!

Pristine Greening does a great job for a reasonable price. Their workers are thorough, careful with clients' possessions, and leave the place sparkling. They are also very pleasant to be around. We recommend the company highly.

I contacted Matt a couple of weeks ago because I had a specific day I wanted to have my house cleaned. We chatted about what I wanted done and he was able to pencil me in for the day I had in mind. I appreciate that he also offered to have my carpets cleaned at the same time (two rooms plus two area rugs), which I hadn't been thinking of but actually really needed to have done. Matt and Amanda arrived on time, took a look around, and got right down to business. They were both very personable and I felt comfortable having them in my home. They did all I asked along with plenty of other things that come along with their deep-cleaning routine. After they left I noticed a couple of clean spots that I had thought were permanent stains, yay! They finished up within the time frame they estimated and we did a quick walk through. Everything was sparkly clean and smelled nice and fresh, no harsh chemical fumes at all. My house was so clean that as soon as they left I went right out and washed my dog so she won't get it dirty again right away!

They did a terrific job! Were on time, cleaned the carpets, woodwork, windows and sills and I would highly recommend them and will use them again. I've never seen my shower doors with no SPOTS!

The staff person was very pleasant, cleaned quietly and stayed on task. She vacuumed the house, changed and made two beds, cleaned two bathrooms, mopped two floors, wiped down furniture and kitchen caboinets.

They arrived on time and got to work. The house was really in need of a deep clean. They did not complete the job in the estimated time, but I wasn't surprised. Luckily they were able to stay longer and the boss even joined in at the end to get the job done. The house looked much better. I'm sure the new residents were pleased.

They cleaned the carpets, mopped the wood floors, cleaned all the woodwork, cleaned 2 1/2 baths, two bedrooms and the kitchen and appliances. They also cleaned the windows, and window frames inside. Vacuumed, dusted. They sent two people for the job and it was completed on time and within budget. I am extremely pleased with their service.

Instead of trying to do that all with 2 people (this house is about 3800 sq ft) they brought in 5 people and were finished in the same amount of time. Not only clean and done exactly as we asked, but completed with environmentally save cleaners and Green-Clean Technically trained personnel. And considering the price? It's the same as regular cleaners but they're doing a better job. Five Stars.

The owner first came and talk to me and showed me all of the green products he uses. He even sprayed them into his mouth to show me how safe they were. I talked to him about concerns I had with the previous cleaners. He took care of all of the issues and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family. Especially if you have pets or kids in the house. The cleaning products are all safe for them.

Thought Matt was a nice guy..seemed very professional. Matt and his daughter spent 2 hours at our 2300 sq. foot house. Paid them and then went looking to see how things were done. Have to say I was surprised by what I found. The master bath, tub counter top had not been cleaned, nor items sitting at the tub, not dusted. none of the bathroom garbages were emptied. Night stands in the master were still dusty...sugar on the counter in the kitchenett area and on the floor. My husband came home and asked if they had been there. He said the same dead bugs were on the floor in the corners in the down stairs hall... Matt called to ask how it went.. told him what I found. Offered to come back for free and do it over, said it was a new house and would get it better next time....I declined. First impressions says a lot...and I wasn't impressed with the cleaning.,

They do a good job. Their workers are trustworthy and the price is good. They are very accommodating too and they do what you need.

Matt and his crew more than met my expectations! They arrived on time, were completely professional, and worked very diligently until the job was done. Our home has a lot of personal items that make it difficult to clean. Matt and his crew took the time and attention to detail to make everything spic and span. Matt also pointed out some things in my home that needed attention, and during the process, he asked me questions regarding how I wanted some items cleaned. We will be hiring Pristine Greening the next time our home needs a thorough cleaning--we were very pleased and would unconditionally recommend Pristine Greening to other Angie's List members.

They did a fine job. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and they hung in there until they got the job done.

When we first started with Pristine Greening it went pretty well, we thought. And then we began to notice that they were removing cob webs that our old cleaning service didn't touch, without us even asking! We have a lot of wood furniture and they're happy to oil (bee's wax) them for us on a rotating schedule. Since neither of us are able to change the bedding anymore, it is really nice that they just come in and get the job done. They get under the beds so there's no accumulation of dust. They use HEPA filtered vacuums and the wood floors look amazing when they're done.

I love to clean. I dont have time to clean. Im very particular about cleaning my home. I hired a number of companies/individuals from Angies List to clean for me and I've been very dissatisfied. When Matt the owner came over to look at my home, I did not hold back on my requests and concerns re how I need my house cleaned. Ronda came over to clean a week later and Wow, she did almost as good a job as I and in only 3 hours ( it takes me twice that long). The next time (2 wks later) Matt cleaned for me when Rhonda was out sick and he also cleaned very thoroughly. I am so picky, I use a flashlight to inspect the wood floors and under the the furniture after they've gone ( I check myself this way too). I had only minor requests after these close inspections. I'm very happy with them. Marts very communicative which I very much appreciate. Hes laid back but professional. Great cleaning!

They always do a pretty thorough job. I like how clean the house is when I get home. I like that I can get in touch with them by phone easily if I have to change my appointment. I like the fact that they are always friendly and kind of listen to what I need to say for changing things or doing something extra. They are always very cooperative. I haven't had any problem with them. Also, the price is fair.

We had an excellent house cleaning service come in every 3-weeks for the last 10-years. We decided to change because Pristine Greening provides a non-toxic process of cleaning, and we wanted to test the difference. We thought it would cost more, but the results were superior to the previous cleaning agent, and it actually cost less! Pristine Greening removed all the cob-webs in the lofted ceiling that the other cleaners never touched. The details of cleaning (moving items and furniture, cleaning items as well as the surfaces under them) were far more complete than the service we had before. The fact that the only emissions created during their visit was the gas it took to travel to our house (we are out of their zero-emissions area) is impressive. The house smells pleasant and is noticeably cleaner for longer. We highly recommend Pristine Greening.
