We contacted the provider concerning his failure to remove the wood and the stump and made it clear to him that he had been paid full price and he simply blew it off and told us they were going to a Seventh Day Adventist conference in the South Pacific and when they were back they would remove the wood and grind the stump. Well after the time they said they would return, we called them as asked them when they were going to finish the job and told them that we were going to write an unfavorable report if they did not finish the job and make things right. They said they would come and finish within two days of the time we called them. Two days went by and they totally failed to come and redeem on their promise or contact us and say why. We called them again and told them we were not going to wait any longer to take other action including taking a claim on their bond and that if they didn't respond, we would make an immediate legal claim against them. Approximately one week has passed and there has been absolutely no response. We are very disappointed in their actions. They left a business card with us that gives a CCB#181441. I could find no sign on your site that they were indeed bonded.or insured.

It went very well. It turned out to be a bigger job than they or I realized, but they worked hard and completed the project and hauled away some other yard debris. They did an excellent job.
