Came to my house, did a walkthrough and verbally quoted a $$$ price. I requested a quote either text or email so we had something to reference. Never heard back.

They did a great job with everything! The owner reached out within a few hours of me sending a message and fit me into the schedule seamlessly. I am very happy with the quality of service!

Quick responsiveness, super efficient and helpful! Had a great experience with them helping us move large furniture and highly recommend. Will be sending everyone to them and have us a great deal!

Elizabeth (the owner of the company) is incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the work. She’s also as nice a person as one could imagine, and an energetic force of nature who wants everything done perfectly. Her team reflects her approach and are also clearly happy working together & getting the job done to Elizabeth’s standards. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. I’d never consider having anyone else maintain my home’s interior- they are the best! As for all the exterior work, Dave, the other owner, is very skilled, practical & efficient. He approaches his work as energetically & carefully as does Elizabeth. He’s a good communicator & very easy to work with. One cannot ask for anything more.

Hired for a deep cleaning for spring. They did a fabulous job! Will be working with them regularly.

This was my first time hiring cleaners so I wasn't sure what to expect. A crew of 4-5 people showed up. They cleaned everything we asked for and a couple scary cupboards we didn't dare request anyone to open. I was THRILLED with their work. Baseboards, door frames, bathrooms, window blinds, dishes, dusting, etc ... all with a smile. I will absolutely hire them again.

Very favorable they did an excellent job cleaning and also rehabilitating some very tired and worn out cabinets

Original Review: "I have no idea what I paid $400 except for the fact that I was charged for a bit of travel. They cleaned things I had stated did not need to be cleaned because they were dirty. They never once checked with me even though we were there in the back yard. I was called by the owner and told that they cleaned the stove and now they will not have time to clean the things that needed to be clean and if they were there longer I would have to pay another $25. We didn't/ don't have that so I had to say just go. She also told me "you never checked while they were there" like I'm supposed to baby sit grown adults who were hired to do a job. The bathroom floor still has dog hair on it from the previous owners of our house, the downstairs base boards never got touched, the upstairs ones were already cleaned by me so I don't know if they were touched. I would not recommend this place at all. She also only gave me a guilt trip about having to take care of her disabled parent. That is unfortunate and besides the point. All I wanted was to have a "deep clean" like I was told would happen an that I paid for. I am NOT rich by any means. So now I have to clean everything I paid $400 in cash to have cleaned. Total BS!!" Update 8/10/21: The owner responded to the last review and in it she tries to justify them not doing their job fully. I did ask for half of my money back as only half of the job was done. She is trying to justify them not doing things all the way because my house is an hour away, she up charged me $50 for the distance. I specifically said the stove and microwave do not need to be cleaned as they are being replaced, she justifies the lady she sent cleaning them because they were dirty. I do not care if they were dirty! The should not have been touched. When she "offered" to come back and do it herself she made it very clear it would be a huge inconvenience to her as she is taking care of her mom. I said no to her because I had already done most of it myself because we are trying to move into this house and things needed to be done. She is a liar and a scammer.

I am so grateful to Elizabeth for working me into their schedule today. My back went out last night and I needed the cleaning before Tuesday when guests arrive. Hugo and Silvana were great! They were friendly, efficient and professional. Silvana made my bathrooms gleam! Hugo was in charge of the floors and by the time he was done they were shining. This was such short notice for thought I was going to be out of luck, but instead I got very lucky indeed to find Preferred Janitorial Service LLC!

Great! My husband and I think they must be magicians because we can't even understand how they got things SO clean! They were very respectful too :)

I'm so impressed with how hard those woman worked! They cleaned every nook and cranny. It was the cleanest my house has every been! The only issue was that they were 2 hours late and didn't let me know.

We were greatly pleased. Three women worked with optimum skills for three hours.

I was very disappointed in the service. Liz disappeared in the middle of the first cleaning without telling me she was leaving. None of her crew spoke English so I was unable to communicate with them. When I seemed as though the crew was almost done, I texted Liz asking what the charges would be and who and when do I pay. I also asked what would be an appropriate tip for her workers. She did not call me. I texted again "I think they'll be leaving soon". No response. So I tipped her crew, and figured Liz would send me a bill and I would pay it. Her crew sat in the car and did not leave. Then Liz called me saying she told her crew that the tips I gave them were the payment for the work, and it was to be given to her. I will not be hiring Liz again. Her crew, however was hard working and stayed on task the entire time. Not everything I wanted done was done, but I have no way of knowing what Liz told them to do and not do. On another note, the vacuum they brought with them and used was not a commercial vacuum and did not do a good job. I do NOT recommend using Liz or her company.

Somewhat expensive and above-average cleaning After giving details of the house, you are given a price over the phone. But that is usually never the final price you pay, as the final price I paid was 40% higher.

The two ladies did a fantastic job! The apartment passed inspection flawlessly!

I am picky - they did a job I cannot explain accept to say AMAZING.! The owner is a person of integrity. The ladies that did the cleaning did a job that was exceptional. I don’t normally write reviews but I’ll use them every 4 months ! You cannot find a better cleaning service!

They were on time and did a very thorough, high-quality, deep cleaning of our home. the owner is invested in ensuring for satisfaction/quality. I would definitely use again!
