As usual with this type of job there were unexpected issues but they communicated very well and were able to mitigate most issues without extra cost. Job was done in a timely manner and clean up was neat.

They come by on a regular basis to do pretty small amounts of landscaping at our church. We are very happy with their work. They are really easy to work with and are professional. They leave the yard looking spik and span. They are reliable and they basically do their jobs so that we don't have to think about it except pay the bill once a month.

It costs about $2600 for a plan that I give them. I was happy with them. There were no unexpected issues during their last visit. They're great.

I was looking for a company to help me create a healthier and lower maintenance yard. I knew I wanted to remove a bunch of grass, renovate my remaining grass, extend a patio, create a garden space, and repair/install a sprinkler system. I scheduled an appointment with Josh from Precision Landscape Services having only two solid ideas of what I wanted based on a picture from their website and a photo of raised stone garden beds from the newspaper. Josh was easy to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. It was evident that he was truly listening to me because his ideas and suggestions incorporated my thoughts. We identified a plan and the work started in September. I couldn’t have been happier with the folks doing the actual work – professional, experienced, extremely hard working, and amazing attention to detail. During the process, a problem was discovered with my underground rain water drainage that connects to two downspouts. I researched the issue and possible solutions which included disconnecting my downspouts and directing water to a rain garden. Although I liked this idea from a water management perspective (great solution for keeping water out of my basement), I wasn’t sure this look would fit my more traditional landscape. I consulted with Josh and he was able to identify a plan that I felt was a good fit. In the end, I decided to have Precision Landscape disconnect all of my downspouts and create three rain gardens. I am absolutely delighted with my transformed yard and would not hesitate to contact this company for future landscaping and /or maintenance needs.

Everything went very well. Josh was great at explaining the options to us during the bidding process and outlining the work to the masons. He also stopped by to check on progress. Marcos and Hector worked tirelessly (and cheerfully!), even in pouring rain. They did a beautiful job and obviously took pride in their work. I had thought that the torrential rain would slow the progress, but it didn't. It was done before the end of the week. Afterwards they cleaned everything up nicely too. It's a beautiful wall and we're very happy.

They got back to me promptly and scheduled the work quickly as we needed to have the job done as soon as possible. The supervisor, Troy, showed up with a crew of 3 workers. We went over the job in detail with Reynaldo, the crew lead. And then they went to work. Except for a lunch break and a couple of other brief breaks, they worked steadily from 8am-5pm. Hauled away two truckloads of debris. They really knew what they were doing, had a good eye for how it should look, did a restoration pruning on an old Rhododendron that was ailing. The garden looks beautiful and fresh! I would definitely hire them again. Very satisfied.

They do an excellent job. We prefer not to disclose the amount that we spent on their services. The workers work hard and they come and only do what needs to be done. We've always appreciated that. Their responsiveness is very good. We never had to call them. They're here when their contract says that they're going to be here. Their professionalism is excellent. We will continue to use them in the future.

I spent maybe $150. I was very happy with him. He was very quick, industrious and he cleaned up well. He was knowledgeable about what he was doing and I thought that his price was very fair.

The front yard looks great. The work was started and completed within a week's time. They have a landscape designer, Leroy Heppner, who was very knowledgeable and easy with which to work. My concern about lanscaping my yard at the end of Oct. and the beginning of Nov. was put to rest when the company guaranteed all the plant materials for one year in my written contract. Unfortunately, Precision Landscaping decided to NOT honor the contract when four of the plants did not survive. The cost for me to replace these plants was about $8 per plant at a retail location. It is a shame that this business was not willing to honor their contract with me for such a small amount. They have lost me as a future customer as well as any others I might have referred their way. I will be landscaping my backyard in the next year, but I won't be calling Precision.

They haven't really done any landscaping work for us. They turned our water on a couple of months ago. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

Troy was responsive and helpful. The quote was done quickly and emailed to me. It's a bit pricier than we were looking for, especially given the yard is small and doesn't need a lot of work. We went with a different company but I was impressed with how professional Precision was. If I had a bigger property that needed more, or a commercial account, I think they would be a fine choice.

One thing I like about them is that I can get a hold of them either over the phone or email. They are really easy to work with and billing is easy. I have used them since this spring and I really do like them. I have used a couple other different landscaping companies. They may have been a little bit cheaper than this company, but they were not as reliable.

Very well. I renew the contract each year and have been very happy with their service and follow-up.

I contacted Precision Landscaping to give me a quote for yard maintenance because they had done a large ($18k) landscaping job for me last year. Although there were somethings that they could have done differently on the landscaping job the final product was for the most part well done so I thought I would have them provide a quote for ongoing maintenance. I asked Dave to quote me on a "typical" maintenance program. After reviewing what he and others had quoted me based on their "typical" maintenance I went back to each of them with specific requirements: Mow weekly April - June, mow every other week July October, edge every other mowing April June, edge every mowing July Nov, NO FERTILIZING! Shrub beds: As needed when there for mowing (no special trips). This is only slightly different than the program Precision Landscaping quoted me, but they were unwilling to provide a "custom program." They were the only company unwilling to do this.

The bid was presented in a timely manner and Craig did encourage me to get other bids, saying that the ivy removal would be expensive. I m so glad that I went with them, though. Over the course of 5 days (in some truly dreadful weather) the workmen systematically gutted the yard, cleaning, pruning and clearing - exactly what I wanted them to do. They even found a fence where we thought only a wall of ivy existed! I am so pleased with the results, it all looks wonderful now.

They always show up on time and very reliable. Anytime I have called with a question or concern they have responded promptly. Truthfully, I'm not sure that I would use them for landscape design, but for routine maintenance, I am very satisfied.

THIS COMPANY WAS AWFUL! I PAID THEM 180 A MONTH TO DO JACK. THE CONTRACT I SIGNED STATED THAT THEY WERE TO DO ALL SORTS OF THINGS AROUND THE YARD EACH WEEK, WHICH THEY DIDN'T. MULTIPLE TIMES THEY HACKED DOWN MY PERENNIALS WHILE THEY WERE STILL BLOOMING! THEY WOULD BLOW ALL THE LEAVES, AND RUBBISH AGAINST MY FENCE, AND THEN LEAVE IT THERE. I DID MORE WORK WHEN I HAD THEM COMING OUT THAN WHEN I WAS DOING IT ALL MYSELF!
