My house had a particular problem - squeaky floors. I wanted that fixed if I was going to put down new floors. Denis and his team came up with an inexpensive and effective way to fix all the squeaks!! He listened carefully to my expectations and then delivered on them. I highly recommend using him for your flooring need. Excellent Work!!

Denis and his team did an amazing job with our bathroom floors, the floors had water damage. Denis didn’t just install new floors, but he went above and beyond and made sure that problem wouldn’t happen again. His team were always on time, I work from and had a very complicated schedule, but he was very patient with me and made it work. The guys kept the area neat all the time, they made sure to communicate with us every step of the way.

Denis is a talented craftsman who enjoys his work and is genuinely invested in ensuring that his client is happy with the final product. Not only did he give great advice, whether or not we were going to hire him, he was flexible, friendly, and professional. He gave reasonable time estimates with some heads up if more supplies would be needed (didn't end up needing them!). He kept consistent communication, which honestly we have not experienced with other contractors! We will definitely recommend Precision Home Renovations to our neighbors/friends and we are already planning to hire Denis again for near future projects! My floors are absolutely gorgeous. Denis did an amazing job and has an eye for detail. He's the hardest worker I've ever met. He even worked on the holiday. He was always on time and always kept me in the loop. I'm do appreciative of his skill and feel so lucky I found him.

Precise Home Renovations was AMAZING to work with. I wouldn't hire anyone else for my flooring needs. They were unbelievably kind, honest and professional. Denis and his team take great pride in their work and it shows. From the start, Precise Home Renovations kept great contact with me (I hired them before I even moved) to make sure I knew that they were there to help. They came out and took very precise measurements a few times, worked around our schedule and solved my sunken floor problem like absolute experts. You can tell that they take great pride in making your home beautiful. It makes a huge difference to hire someone who will give you a fair price and put in the hard work, and they were very transparent with all of that. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. My only complaint is that they don't do MORE than just floors so that I could hire them for everything!
