I have bought and sold five homes in the last 19 years, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a realtor. The realtor I worked with (to remain nameless) did not understand basic business and customer service. There were numerous instances of a lack of follow-up, tons of lip service and even a botched open house. The for sale sign went up four days late, the lockbox arrived the day after the house went on the market and the realtor showed up 10 minutes late for the open house. In ten days on the market, I never received any printed sales pages, booties, etc. She even had the gall to tell me that I would be disappointed with any other realtor and my house would not sell. All this and my house only had a few showings outside of the open house. After I fired this company, I received calls from realtors from other companies who told me they did not like to deal with them. I hired a legit realtor and I had an offer within ten days. I could never recommend this company to anyone selling their home.
