+ -1 moreThe people I spoke with were professional and friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. The only less-than-stellar aspect of the transaction involved scheduling the pick-up time. On Wednesday, I was told it would be Friday. When I called on Thursday to verify the time, I was told the contact person was not there but that Friday afternoon should not be a problem. Friday morning I got a phone call from the contact person saying they were booked and it would have to be Monday. On Monday he said probably Tuesday, but no later than Wednesday, and that he would let me know. Not having heard back from him by Wednesday morning, I called him and it was scheduled for later that day.
Description of Work: Picked up wrought-iron patio furniture, took it to shop to strip existing paint and powder coat it, then delivered finished product.

+ -1 moreI bought a bar-height glass dining room table with four matching swivel stools. We selected the wrong color and the sales company provided no assistance in finding a solution. I contacted Portland Powdercoating and they gave me a very reasonable cost estimate. I dismantled the components and delivered them to Portland Powdercoating and the job was done before the estimated completion time at an extremely reasonable cost.
Description of Work: Company powdercoated a metal dining room table frame and the frames for four metal dining room chairs.
